Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is ready to wed again. The former dancer, who is currently dating volleyball star Victoria Prince, admits losing weight has given him a new lease of life and he's considering settling down again.

Appearing on Los Angeles DJ Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Monday, February 8, the 31-year-old dancer/rapper said, "Would I get married again? Definitely... I just want to be happy. Right now, I really am happy. Victoria's a great person. She's an incredible person."

Zac Efron's 'Charlie St. Cloud' Gets October Release

Universal Pictures has given updates on the release dates for some of its films. According to Box Office Mojo, the studio has announced October 15 as the U.S. release date for Zac Efron-starring drama mystery "Charlie St. Cloud", which previously had not set exact schedule.

Meanwhile, "Get Him to the Greek" will be dropped a week ealier than it was originally expected. Originally planned to entertain audience in the U.S. on June 11, the comedy that has Russell Brand among the cast ensemble will be dropped on June 4.

Bassist Dave Ellefson Rejoins Megadeth

Megadeth's original bassist Dave Ellefson is to rejoin the band for an upcoming tour to mark the 20th anniversary of the act's landmark "Rust in Peace" album. Band frontman Dave Mustaine made the announcement on Monday, February 8, stating he was looking forward to playing with Ellefson again after an eight-year hiatus.

The bass player will perform with Megadeth on their upcoming spring tour, when the group will play their 1990 album "Rust in Peace" in its entirety. Mustaine says, "This shows the power of brotherly love and forgiveness. David Ellefson belongs in Megadeth."

Jack White to Take Strong Action Over Air Force Reserve's Ad

The White Stripes star Jack White has taken exception to a TV ad which aired during the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 7 - because he feels it ripped off his "Fell in Love With a Girl" hit. The rocker and executives at his Third Man Records have complained about the U.S. Air Force Reserve's apparent "re-recording" of the tune.

In an online post, White and the record label bosses write, "We believe our song was re-recorded and used without permission of the White Stripes, our publishers, label or management. The White Stripes take strong insult and objection to the Air Force Reserve's presenting this advertisement with the implication that we licensed one of our songs to encourage recruitment during a war that we do not support."

Annie Lennox Opposes Plan to Build Union Terrace Gardens

Annie Lennox is urging locals in her hometown of Aberdeen, Scotland to protest against plans to turn a park into a civic square. The former Eurythmics singer is asking Scottish citizens to back a campaign to halt plans to convert Union Terrace Gardens into a modernized city center.

In a post on her MySpace blog, Lennox writes, "For me, Union Terrace Gardens was, and still is the green historical heart of the city. Like so many towns and cities all over the country, Aberdeen lost a great deal of its architectural heritage and charm through destruction by bulldozer and concrete."

Brooke Mueller Moves Back In With Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller is moving back in with her husband Charlie Sheen, according to her lawyer. The actor was charged with felony menacing, third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief in court in Aspen, Colorado on Monday, February 8 in relation to a Christmas Day fight in which Sheen allegedly threatened his spouse with a knife. He did not enter a plea.

The husband and wife have been separated by a protection order since the incident, but they were allowed to fly back to Los Angeles together after the ban was modified at the hearing, according to Mueller's lawyer Yale Galanter. He tells E! Online, "Brooke's desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children. Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to L.A. to continue their lives."

From Oscar-winning director Martin Scorsese, "Shutter Island" is set in 1954 and centers its story on DiCaprio's Teddy Daniels and his partner Ruffalo's Chuck Aule. The two are assigned to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a patient from Boston's Shutter Island Ashecliffe Hospital for the criminally insane.

Akon to Host British Radio Program

The 20th Century Fox has found new pair to be teamed up for their new film. According to New York Magazine's Vulture, Regency Enterprises, the mini-studio-within-a-studio at Fox, is developing "a quasi-prequel" to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie-starring movie "Mr and Mrs Smith", which will be entitled "Mr. and Mrs. Jones".

Though the site called the upcoming movie a reboot, it appears that "Mr. and Mrs. Jones" is some sort of a spin off because it does not feature the same characters from the 2005 hit film and the stories will also be different. Thus, Pitt and Jolie are not expected to play the couple in the "Jones" film.

'Saw VII' Is the End of the Franchise

While there were talks that there will be at least eight "Saw" films, Patrick Melton believes the franchise will meet its end soon. Speaking to Matt Horn and David Murphy from U.K. radio show Demon FM, the screenwriter of "Saw IV", "Saw V", "Saw VI" and "Saw VII" says the upcoming seventh movie will mark the end of the franchise.

"I think it's going to end with 'Saw VII'. I have a very strong feeling its going to end with 'Saw VII'. That's something we're debating now," Melton states. He later reveals that the upcoming sequel will be known as "Endgame", saying "I don't own the franchise, nor do I run the studio, but I have a feeling, a strong feeling that it's going to be 'Saw VII' which will be also known as 'Endgame'. And nothing's official yet, but that's where we're hoping things will go."

Ritchie's legal team filed papers at L.A. County Superior Court on Friday, February 5 asking for the star's "reputation as a 'tough guy' or 'thug' by means of his professional persona as Kid Rock" to be left out of the case.

The Los Angeles Coroner ruled that the King of Pop had died due to "acute propofol intoxication". Propofol is identified as a powerful anesthetic that is usually given to a patient before a major surgery.

In a 51-page report released on Monday, February 8, Los Angeles County coroner office confirmed that the drug was administered by another person and that it did not meet the medical standards. "The standard of care for administering Propofol was not met...Recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present," the report stated.
