Daniel Craig Denied Signing Four More Bond Movies

Shocking statement has come from Daniel Craig concerning his involvement in future installments of 007 film series.

In contrast to the previous announcement made by MGM exec Harry Sloan informing him to have signed to do four more James Bond flicks, the British actor insisted that he has not struck any deals yet for the job after "Bond 22."

Reportedly made under $205 million budget, pic just encountered its world premiere in London on Tuesday, November 27, 2007. Early reviews on the movie ranged from mixed to good reaction with The Times calling it to be "lack of genuine drama" and The Guardian giving four out of five stars.

The on-going engagement rumors seem to have been accepted by pictures of Satsuki spotted sporting a ring on her wedding finger while she and Craig were attending the world premiere of his new film "The Golden Compass" in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday night November 27th.

Amidst the uncertainty whether he will again direct or simply serve as producer in "Spider-Man 4", Sam Raimi recently indicated in an interview held by ComicBookResources that the project's story is no longer his concern and it's completely up to the writer, in this case surely James Vanderbilt, to work it on now.

"We’re hiring a writer to come up with his own take," Raimi said to the site. "Sony was willing to go either way, we’ll just have to wait and see what the writer comes up with. I think anything’s possible, though."

The chorus and piano part of 'No Bravery', a track from Blunt's 'Back to Bedlam' album, has been used by rapper Beanie Sigel. Blunt gave the authorization on the sampling for Sigel's song 'Dear Self' that is included in album 'The Solution', due December 11, 2008.

Previously only a preview, the full first video from t.A.T.u's third studio album has been premiered on MTV Russia. The song is called 'White Robe' or 'Beliy Plashchik' in Russian and it's taken from the album 'Waste Management', due early 2008.

Apt to the album's title, the concept of the video is matched to the whole war theme. 'Waste Management' is the term used to describe human condition in concentration camp during World War II. The video also shows both members Lena Katina and Yulia Volkova in the cruel time frame but each living different fate.

2008 Sundance Film Fest Reveals Titles-in-Competition Lineup

Selecting 121 big screen titles out of 3,624 feature film submissions, the Sundance Institute announced Wednesday, November 28, 2007 the list of movies in competition for its 30th annual Sundance Film Festival, set to run on January 17-27, 2008, in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Sundance, Utah.

64 of those chosen are submitted into the U.S and World Cinema Dramatic and Documentary Competitions with sixteen flicks in each of the four categories. All will encounter their world premieres at the upcoming event, most of them exploring individual ways of coping with a distressed world.

Entailing behind hers is NOW compilation Vol. 26 that climbs 4-3 after selling 234,000 copies. Garth Brooks' 'The Ultimate Hits' is still strong on the Top 5 position, taking the fourth with 192,000 units sold.

No big surprise came out from the gala ceremony of this year's British Independent Film Awards as the organizers celebrated it for the tenth time Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at London's Roundhouse.

Top contender "Control", as presumed, became the big winner with five kudos in total, most notably top prize Best British Independent Film. Helmer Anton Corbjin took home two others of Best Director and the Douglas Hickox Award for Best Debut Director.
