Taking deep concern on the critical issues posed by September 11th incident, PBS TV network is going to launch a special series consisting of eleven independently produced documentaries which explore the challenges confronting the post-9/11 world, including the war on terrorism, the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as the experience of American troops serving abroad.

Entitled "America at Crossroad", the series will premiere on Sunday, April 15, 2007 to then runs through Friday, April 20 hosted by Robert MacNeil who will provide context to the compelling stories and provocative points of view throughout its airings. Punk rock band Social Distortion is back to active mode by announcing tour dates and also seventh album plan. The legendary band is up for a North American Spring Tour on April 12 in Ventura, Calif.

Bruce Springsteen received a standing ovation in the event dubbed "Celebrating the Music of Bruce Springsteen". Guitarist Ryan Ross then updated it by saying that there is a theme running in the whole record. "It's kind of a love story. It's a timeless age of romantic, poetic fantasies," he said.

Bollywood top actress and international star Aishwarya Rai launched a unique photo exhibition celebrating 75 years of Indian cinema at the famous Indian restaurant "Sitaaray" in London.

Finland's very own rock band H.I.M. is to release sixth studio album titled "Venus Doom". The album that is scheduled for July 10 is revealed by the frontman Ville Valo to have fewer complexes, and less confusing materials compared to the previous.

The 2005's "Dark Light" though receiving gold certification, was considered by many as an uneasy listening. That is why Valo said that they simplify the tune of "Venus Doom", but still making it heavier than the rest in terms of the whole idea. The Ontario Media Development Corporation has revealed that two feature films namely "Saw IV" and "The Incredible Hulk" are both set to get filmed in Toronto, Canada, the former being slated to start shooting from April 16 through May 25 while the latter one from June through October 24 under Marvel Studios banner.

The first few weeks of Fall Out Boy's Honda Civic Tour have been cancelled, leading many fans to disappointment. Pointing the reason to 'personal issues', the band will not kick off on April 18 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In a press release, bassist Pete Wentz stated, "Unfortunately, because of some personal issues we had to delay the tour a few weeks. We want to put on the best possible show we can and know that this extra couple of weeks will give us the time to put ourselves in the right place to put on the best show we can." Upon what personal issues are talked about here, a representation from the band's label simply said, "No one's dead and no one's in rehab."
