The twosome fuel dating rumors as they were seen "all over each other and making out" Thursday night, May 15 at Stonefire Pizza Co. in L.A.
Sources who witnessed their togetherness told OK! magazine they saw both actors sharing a pie and locking lips. A representative for Minka was quick to pour cold water on the dating rumors, insisted "She is not dating Topher Grace and was not kissing/making out or any of the sorts last night with him," adding that "They were at Stonefire Pizza, however they are just friends."

As the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler finally made his way back home to Queens, New York, big names from the franchise joyfully flocked down to celebrate the hero's return at the U.S. premiere of "Spider-Man 3" held on Monday night, April 30 at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival.
Surrounded by the crowds of screaming fans, the actors walked down the black carpet, instead of red, seemingly got overwhelmed by the excitement and hysteria from the people coming down to attend the event.

Straying into a genre he seems unlikely to jump in, Topher Grace is set to star in a sci-fi thriller entitled "Source Code" for Universal Pictures, Variety has reported.
Apart from starring, Grace will also seat as executive producer alongside his partner Gordon Kaywin with Mark Gordon producing and Ben Ripley penning the script. Details on plot, however, are being kept under wrap though it is said that the project does revolve around time travel.

A Supreme Court case back in 1954, a lawsuit of Brown vs. Board of Education, is the base for New Line's silver screen project entitled "The Crusaders".
The story tells about a lawsuit aiming to end segregation in schools, which was handled by Jack Greenberg and Thurgood Marshall. Greenberg himself is a recent law school grad, while Marshall, the head of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund, was eventually the first African-American Supreme Court justice.
