A judge at Court Three of the High Court Family Division in London's Holborn area dissolved the pair's two-year marriage at a brief Family Court hearing which was attended by 25 other couples seeking for divorce. Neither Amy nor Blake attended the hearing though.
Amy and Blake had been dealing with a tumultuous relationship since they got married on May 18, 2007. Run in with the law and drugs are some of the factors that led to their separation. After the ups and downs, Blake filed for divorce from Amy earlier this year, citing infidelity. In his divorce papers, Blake said living with Amy was "intolerable."

The chart this week went through quite a change both in the number of copies sold and the albums reigning it. Coming first, second and third are all new comers. Modest Mouse's "We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank" sold the highest unit this week with 129,000 and therefore has the right to #1 spot. The tight competitor, Joss Stone's "Introducing Joss Stone" came in at No. 2 after selling 118,000 at the first week. Elliott Yamin with self-titled debut album meanwhile joins his fellow idol casts in the chart by sitting at #3 due to total sales of 90,000.
DAUGHTRY in its seventeenth week still holds its last week position at #4 after selling 76,000. With the kind of number, DAUGHTRY's self-titled album has sold a total of 2 million copies worldwide. A tie occurs between newcomer Marques Houston's "Veteran" and old reigner Akon's "Konvicted". "Veteran" and "Konvicted" have both sold an approximate of 69,000 copies according to Nielsen SoundScan but the former is positioned ahead at #5.

Apparently Amy Winehouse had a party the night before her supposed London's Shepherds Bush Empire gigs. She cancelled the two shows because she had broken her front tooth in a drunken fall.
"I broke my big tooth. I had a massive gap in the front of my mouth," she said in a statement. She also stated that a dental surgery has fixed her injury. Therefore, she will be ready for the make up dates on May 28-29.
North American Tour for Amy Winehouse

Already featured by rollingstone.com as one of 10 artists to watch for in 2007, Amy Winehouse is making it true. She will begin touring in North America on April 26 with the first stop in San Francisco.
In this small leg of tour, other English musicians such as Kaiser Chiefs and Klaxons will accompany her. This tour is held mainly to support her album "Back to Black" that sat at #7 in Billboard 200 on March 22.

Also, the number 100,000 has been broken this week after four consecutive weeks selling under that. The breaker is brand new album "Luvanmusiq" by Musiq Soulchild that sells 149,000 copies. This is the R&B artist's second #1 album since "Juslisen" in 2002. In Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart meanwhile Musiq also score a place in the Top 5 through single "B.U.D.D.Y.".
Another fresh-from-the-oven, Lloyd's "Street Love" reigns the second runner of the chart thanks to a sale of 144,000. Rapper Rich Boy entails behind at #3 with his self-titled album that sells 112,000 units. At no. 4 self titled album from old topper DAUGHTRY goes through a decrease sale from 82,000 to 80,000.
The Rolling Stones Among Headliners of Isle of Wight Fest

The Rolling Stones will step on the UK festival stage for the first time since 1976. The British band will headline the Isle of Wight Festival on June 10. It is expected that the frontman Mick Jagger will give a live Webcast on March 22 in the website. After releasing the album Back to Black on October 30, 2006 in UK, the much-awaited album of Amy Winehouse will finally satisfy her US fans' musical hunger on March 13, 2007.
Noted as her second album, it has gained popularity in UK as soon as it entered the stores. The first single released titled "Rehab" came in no 19 in UK single chart. Upon the release of the CD single a week later the position had risen to #7. The album alone gained the No. 1 throne in UK Album Chart on January 14, 2007 and nominated in the 2007 Brit Awards.

Madonna, Naomi Campbell, and Penelope Cruz were among the winners at the Elle Style Awards, the "unofficial fashion Oscars", held in Camden's Roundhouse in London Tuesday Feb 13th.
While the "Material Girl" has been named the Most Stylish Star, supermodel Campbell was hailed as Best Model, and Cruz nabbed the award for Best Film thanks to "Volver".
