AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is updating her A-list squad on her latest outing New York City. While her boyfriend Travis Kelce is away for a football game in Germany, the pop superstar gathered her celebrity pals for a star-studded girls' night out where she embraced some of her longtime besties and new pals.
On Saturday, November 4, the Grammy winner was seen linking arms with Selena Gomez and Brittany Mahomes as they left Bond St restaurant. Following the trio behind were Sophie Turner and Gigi Hadid, while Cara Delevingne was also present during the star-studded dinner.
For the occasion, Taylor wore a long sleeve black top with a gray plaid mini skirt and thigh-high black leather boots. She swept her locks into a wispy low bun, added a few pieces of dainty jewelry and completed her look with her signature rep lips.
Selena kept also showed her fall-ready style in a sweater dress which was cinched at the waist with a beige belt. She carried a black bag while styling her raven tresses in a stylish updo and accessorized with a pair of gold hoop earrings. At one point while making their way among the crowd and paparazzi, Taylor put a protective arm around Selena's shoulder.
Brittany put on a busty display in a blue corset, matching loose pants, white coat and pumps. Sophie opted for a bright blue checked jacket, jeans and blue pumps. Gigi was clad head-to-toe in black, while Cara led the pack out of the celeb hotspot in a checkered bucket hat, a black jacket and jeans with leather panels.
Selena's night out with her gal pals comes amid the drama following her statement about the Israel-Palestine war. After responding to the backlash by doubling down on her neutral stance and threatening to leave Instagram, the actress/singer was reported to have signed an open letter to President Joe Biden urging for ceasefire in Gaza.
"Dear President Biden, we come together as artists and advocates, but most importantly as human beings witnessing the devastating loss of lives and unfolding horrors in Israel and Palestine," the letter begins.
It continues to read, "We ask that, as President of the United States, you and the US Congress call for an immediate de-escalation and ceasefire in Gaza and Israel before another life is lost. More than 5,000 people have been killed in the last week and a half - a number any person of conscience knows is catastrophic. We believe all life is sacred, no matter faith or ethnicity and we condemn the killing of Palestinian and Israeli civilians."
The letter further urged that Joe Biden's administration, congress and world leaders "honor all of the lives in the Holy Land and call for and facilitate a ceasefire without delay - an end to the bombing of Gaza, and the safe release of hostages."
Selena joins a bunch of other celebrities, including Gigi, Bradley Cooper, Channing Tatum, Dua Lipa, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Jenna Ortega and Jessica Chastain, to sign the letter.
