AceShowbiz - Sharon Stone is another celebrity who must be thankful for her guardian angel. The actress was involved in a head-on collision in 1990. She sustained serious injuries, including dislocated jaw, sprained back, a broken rib and a twisted knee, that required her to stay in bed for six months. She also suffered a brain aneurysm in 2001, after which she revealed that "there was about a 5% chance of me living. "
But her craziest close call was perhaps when she was struck by lightning as a child. In 2020, the "Basic Instinct" star shared that she was adding water to the iron's reservoir when disaster struck. "I was filling the iron with water, and I had one hand on the faucet, one hand on the iron and the well got hit with lightning and the lighting came up through the water," she recalled. She was thrown across the kitchen and hit a refrigerator. She was taken to the hospital by her mom and the EKG showed she had "electricity" in her body.
