AceShowbiz - Jeremy Renner may be a superhero in MCU, but he couldn't save himself from a "weather-related" accident. On January 1, 2023, while everyone was still in the holiday mood, the actor was run over by a snowplow at his home in the Reno area of Nevada. The plowing machine ran over the Hawkeye depicter's leg, causing him to lose a tremendous amount of blood. Fortunately, his neighbor, who is a doctor, was able to put a tourniquet on his leg until paramedics arrived.
The two-time Oscar nominee was airlifted to the hospital and suffered extensive injuries, which included blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries that required surgery. Roughly two weeks later, he was released from the hospital and returned home to continue his recovery. He is currently still undergoing physical therapy after breaking over 30 bones in the accident.
