AceShowbiz - Tracy Morgan was involved in a terrifying car accident that killed his friend and comedian James McNair in June 2014. The "30 Rock" alum and six others were in a Mercedes Sprinter minibus that was traveling northbound on the New Jersey Turnpike near Cranbury, when it was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer operated by Walmart, causing a chain reaction crash.
He was taken by helicopter to a hospital with a broken leg and femur, broken nose and several broken ribs, and underwent surgery on his leg. He also sustained injuries to his brain and required months of outpatient rehabilitation to learn to walk again. Nearly a year later, in June 2015, he made his first appearance since the accident in an interview on "Today", during which he revealed that he still got recurring headaches.
