Pink and Chris Stapleton also treat both the audience and viewers at home with a pop and country crossover, performing the songstress' 'Hurts 2B Human' track 'Love Me Anyway'.

AceShowbiz - If there is one thing that could describe the 2019 Country Music Association Awards the best, it is girl power. Not only the female country musicians dominated the winner list at the annual event, but they also took over the show with their mesmerizing performances. Among those who amazed both the audience and viewers at home were Halsey and Lady Antebellum.

For their performance, the musical group and the pop star were seated on bar stools as they performed each of their latest singles, starting with the former's "What If I Never Get Over You". The four then effortlessly launched into a stripped-down version of Halsey's "Graveyard", which sounded just as amazing as the original version.

Joining forces for another pop and country crossover, Pink and Chris Stapleton took the stage at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee for a rendition of her song "Love Me Anyway". Getting into country vibes in a brown leather wide-brimmed hat and red chiffon poncho, Pink flaunted her stunning vocals as Chris provided soulful backup vocals throughout the rendition. Their emotional performance brought the crowd to their feet, including Kacey Musgraves, Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon.

It should be noted that this isn't the first time Pink had performed at the event. Back in 2017, when she received a nomination for her Kenny Chesney duet "Setting the World on Fire", the songstress treated people to a rendition of her "Beautiful Trauma" track "Barbies".

Back to this year's ceremony, Kelsea Ballerini surprised audience with a performance of Little Big Town's 2014 hit "Girl Crush" right after she finished delivering her own song "Homecoming Queen". During the performance, the blonde beauty was also joined by Maddie & Tae as well as New Artist of the Year winner Ashley McBryde.

Other performers during the event included Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire and Maren Morris.
