"Scream Queens" season 2 is going to be "funnier" and "scarrier" than the first season, so Taylor Lautner says in a newly released featurette. Including first footage from the upcoming installment, the latest sneak peek also features commentaries from the cast.
Lautner plays Dr. Cassidy Cascade who suffers from a bizarre medical condition and becomes a suspect when a series of tragedies plagues the institution. In the video, he declares himself as "basically female viagra."
He and John Stamos' Dr. Brock Holt are among the new faces in the upcoming season. In the featurette, Brock is seen going on a movie date with Chanel (Emma Roberts). Chanel and her loyal followers Chanel No. 3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel No. 5 (Abigail Breslin) are recruited by Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) to work at a hospital run by the former dean.
"Through the power of the Internet, anyone can be an M.D.," Chanel says. Of course, not everyone sees it as good news. Zayday Williams (Keke Palmer) is stunned and speechless when she meets Chanel and her sidekicks again.
Lea Michele also returns as Hester Ulrich, although her role in the murders that plague the hospital is not clear. The actress recently told TV Guide, "As the murders start to happen, everyone is obviously thinking that it's Hester again. She's quite adamant that she is not the killer this season, but that she will try and help them figure out who the killer is."
Glen Powell will reprise his role as Chad Radwell and has been featured in some behind-the-scenes photos shared by co-star Stamos. Jerry O'Connell, James Earl, Colton Haynes and Cecily Strong are among other new additions to the cast.
