Who says unicorns aren't real? Miranda Lambert proves they're not just mythical creatures by getting herself one for her birthday. She proudly shows off her unicorn in an Instagram post she shared on Monday, November 9, a day before she turns 32.
"Never too old to ride a unicorn... And thank God for friends that spend the day with you painting your pony!" Lambert wrote alongside a collage of photos showing her looking happy as she rides her horse Sophie, which now sports a pink horn. She adds the hashtags "#32tomorrow #bday #unicornsarereal #sophie #gypsyvanner #glitter #reallifelisafrank."
This will be Lambert's first birthday after splitting from ex-husband Blake Shelton. The two announced their divorce after four years of marriage last summer. Since then, her ex has moved on and is currently dating his fellow coach on "The Voice", Gwen Stefani.
After her ex' dating news broke right before the CMA Awards last week, Lambert shared heartbreaking lyrics of Lake Street Dive's "Better Than". "I could spend ages reading the news, I could spend days, singing the blues," she wrote. "But I turn up the tv light. Give up without a fight. Better than pretending to know what's wrong and what's right."
