Megan's daughter, Lacey, has been kidnapped by Yvonne. We first saw this woman in -Abducted-Part 1." She's the nurse of the doctor who was suspected of removing spleens from murdered veterans. Megan finds a bomb hidden inside the body of the latest victim. She receives a phone call from Yvonne, who orders her to removes the device. She's to bring it to her without telling a soul. If she strays from this command, Lacey dies.
Megan is sent to examine the body of a young girl who was murdered in a park. She fears that it may be Lacey. It's not. The teen is actually the daughter of the doctor Yvonne was forcing to do her surgeries. She was killed to send a message. Megan instructs Ethan to have the cops believe the dead doctor is behind this murder. She then visits Karl Simmons, the only surviving vet in the spleen attacks. He has no helpful info. Megan finally comes clean to Tommy, who vows he won't let anything happen to her daughter.
Tommy brings Adam up to speed on what's happening. They assemble a team of cops who will work off the books. The plan is to tail Megan. The bomb she's to deliver was made so that it would pass through airport metal detectors. Yvonne plans to blow up a plane to make a point. She feels her country turned its back on her husband after he came home from his tour of duty.
Megan waits in the middle of an empty parking structure as a van pulls up. She's shocked to see Karl Simmons inside. ZAP! Karl knocks her down with a stun gun. Then he knocks her out. Tommy and his team follow the van thanks the tracker that was placed in Megan's bag. Unfortunately, Karl found the device and sent the cops on a wild goose chase. As for Megan, she's reunited with Lacey, who is in desperate need of insulin. Yvonne won't give it to her until Megan does something first. She's to implant a new bomb into Karl's body.
Megan does as she's told. She operates on Karl to turn him into a human bomb. Megan is horrified to see that the insulin she packed for Lacey is gone. Yvonne has no intention of letting them go once Karl wakes up. Elsewhere, Tommy gets a call from Kate. The team identifies wood dust under the doctor's daughter's fingernails. This leads the police to believe Megan is being held at a nearby mill. The race is on to find her and Lacey.
Megan is able to free Lacey from her bindings. She wants her to run. Megan attacks Yvonne as Karl awakens, but Lacey is too weak to go anywhere. There's a mighty struggle, but Megan is overpowered. Yvonne points her gun down at her. BANG! BANG! Yvonne is shot dead from behind by Tommy. Karl escapes out the back, but Tommy finds him behind the wheel of a car. BANG! BOOM! Tommy is shot dead as the bomb inside him creates a mini-inferno.
Lacey recovers in the hospital with Megan right by her side. She still dreams about the nightmare she endured, but she's never too scared. In her dream, just like in real life, she feels safe knowing that her mother will always come for her. Megan steps outside the room when she sees Tommy. She then steps right back inside to introduce her daughter to the man who saved their lives.
