Scooter Braun reportedly stops Bieber from singing at a Republican National Convention in Cleveland sponsored by GOP donors.

Rumor has it, Justin Bieber almost performed at the recent Republican Nation Convention. According to a scoop from TMZ, the 22-year-old singer who is a Canadian was offered $5 million to take the stage and sing at a GOP event in Cleveland.
The promoters reportedly assured Bieber that that the event, though sponsored by GOP donors, was "not political" and he didn't have to endorse Donald Trump. He was promised to be paid "up front" and told that LeBron James was going to be there.
Scooter Braun reportedly agreed at first and wanted Bieber to bring Black Lives Matter banner, but it was vetoed by the donors. Instead, they encouraged the singer to bring All Lives Matter banner and warned him not to say anything negative about Trump.
The manager, a supporter of Hillary Clinton, put the decision in Bieber's hands, but he let the singer know that he would quit if Bieber agreed to do the concert. In the end, the star turned it down especially after reaching out to James and finding out the NBA star would not attend the event despite the promoters' claim.
