E'Dena Hines, the granddaughter of Jeanette Adair Bradshaw, was pronounced dead in a hospital after found lying outside her house in New York.

AceShowbiz - Tragic news came from Morgan Freeman's family. E'Dena Hines, the granddaughter of the actor's first wife Jeanette Adair Bradshaw, died after being stabbed multiple times outside her home in Manhattan, New York early Sunday morning, August 16.

Hines was discovered lying on a sidewalk by police who arrived at the scene in the Washington Heights section after they quickly responded to a 911 call shortly before 3 A.M. A man, reportedly her ex, was found standing over her lifeless body and screaming incoherently.

Hines, 33, who was bleeding from her multiple stab wounds to her torso was taken to the Harlem Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The 30-year-old suspect was taken into custody and taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.
