AceShowbiz - Caitlyn Jenner is being sued by Jessica Steindorff, the driver of the Prius which was rear-ended by the reailty star's Escalade in a fatal car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu back in February. Jessica filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday, June 8, naming "Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner" as the defendant.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Jessica claims the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star "negligently, carelessly, recklessly, and wantonly drove, managed, maintained, controlled, operated and entrusted their motor vehicle so as to legally cause the plaintiff to be injured" and to cause "damages" to her car.

Jessica says she suffered loss of wages, property, hospital and medical expenses, causing at least $25,000 in damages.

Back in May, Caitlyn was sued for wrongful death by the two stepchildren of Kim Howe, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the Malibu crash. She later filed request to dismiss the lawsuit. Calling the accident "a terrible tragedy," the reality star argued that Kim's stepchildren were "financially independent and successful ... living and working and residing out-of-state for decades, who do not and cannot allege that they are financially dependent upon their stepmother for the necessities of life."
