AceShowbiz - Amid swirling rumors of him dating model Gigi Hadid, Joe Jonas claims he is currently single and available. In a Thursday, May 21 interview with Kit Hoover and Billy Bush on Access Hollywood, he claimed, "I'm a single man," when being questioned of whether or not he and the 20-year-old catwalk beauty are a new couple.
"No you're not! I see you with that cute Gigi Hadid all over Instagram pictures and appears to be," Kit stated, adding, "To be young and in love, we're just envious." Joe then jokingly replied, "You're putting words in my mouth, huh? Do you want me to jump up and down on the couch?" referencing the memorable Tom Cruise moment on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" back in 2005 when the actor declared his love for Katie Holmes.
And when the topic switched to his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift, Joe claimed, "She's great. We're friends." The former Jonas Brothers singer went on telling Access Hollywood, "I think in this industry, you meet a lot of people and you stay in touch. Obviously, it's tough to be friends with people that are always constantly traveling, but yeah, we're cool." On Swift writing several songs about her breakup with him, including the 2009 hit single "Forever & Always," the 25-year-old music star said he's okay with that, taking into account writing songs about other people is just "part of being a musician."
Joe and Gigi ignited dating rumors after they were spotted puppy-shopping at Bark n' Bitches pet shop in L.A. last week. Their togetherness was captioned on camera just days after she and singer boyfriend Cody Simpson announced their separation.
