The building manager of Ashley's apartment which was burnt down allegedly due to a lit of candle in 2013 stated in a sworn deposition that cleaners found a glass crack pipe after the blaze.

AceShowbiz - A crack pipe was found at Ashley Greene's West Hollywood apartment after last year's fire, according to building manager Adrian Mayorga's sworn deposition obtained by TMZ. Adrian is suing the "Twilight" actress, claiming he suffered permanent respiratory damage from the fire. Several other tenants in the building are also suing Ashley.

Adrian claimed after the fire broke out, he saw Ashley along with her brother and her rumored boyfriend Ryan Phillippe appeared to be "disoriented ... they looked like they were drunk or under the influence of something" in the hallway. Despite his own injuries, Adrian said, "The only people I saw getting treated was Ashley Greene, her brother Joe Green, and her - the current boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe."

Sources told the site that Ryan submitted a sworn declaration to Ashley's attorney earlier this week, claiming that not only was he not in the apartment the night of the fire but he also has never been in the building.

A source close to Ashley denied Adrian's claims. "There was no crack pipe found in Ashley's apartment," the source told Us Weekly, "It's all hearsay from unnamed sources - Mayorga's claiming he heard from a friend of an unidentified worker who may have entered the apartment. Additionally, Phillippe went on the record saying he wasn't there."

The source then commented on Adrian's claims which said Ashley looked "disoriented" after the fire. "Of course Ashley was disoriented! She was awoken at 9 a.m. to her house being on fire. Who wouldn't be?" the source countered.
