'Grammy Salute to The Beatles' Presents The Eurythmics, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5 and More

'The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute to The Beatles' will be celebrated with a one-time reunion of Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart.

Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart are getting back together for The Beatles. The Recording Academy announced in a press release Monday, January 6 that The Eurythmics will reunite for one night only on "The Night That Changed America: A GRAMMY Salute to The Beatles".

They synth-pop duo will perform a Beatles song in a taped show that also features duets from Alicia Keys and John Legend, John Mayer and Keith Urban as well as a performance by Maroon 5. "What I felt was important was to try and find those artists who not only would be able to interpret Beatles songs, but would also have an ...understanding of what they meant," Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich told the Associated Press.

The show will be taped a day after the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards which is held Sunday, January 26. It will then be broadcast on CBS Sunday, February 9, at 8 P.M. ET/PT, exactly 50 years to the day, date, and time the Beatles made their historic Ed Sullivan appearance.

This will mark the first time Lennox and Stewart have performed together since 2005. They released their debut album as Eurythmics in 1981 before launching successful solo careers. Stewart personally worked with Beatles' Ringo Starr in May 2012 on a film musical called "Hole in the Fence".
