A Twitter war soon erupted between JWoww and Angelina Pivarnick after the former found out about the latter's view on gay marriage. Angelina, a former "Jersey Shore" star, believed men are supposed to marry women only, and JWoww called her "Pigeon b**ch" for that.
In a video conversation with openly gay singer Adam Barta, Angelina said, "I don't think gays that should be married. If you want to date each other fine. ...You want to have your little flings with your gay partner when you're younger and see how it is or whatever, that's fine ...but if you're male, marry a female; if you're a female, marry a male."
Standing up for the gays, JWoww tweeted, "Angelina u f**king skank FYI I shouldn't even breathe Ur name right now but I must ...Gays have every to get married and have families." She added, "Who the f**k are u saying they don't?! I should smack that disgusting pig mouth of Urs for talking sh*t about gay rights. But I won't because u would enjoy that too much!. I'll just be sure to send u pics of my gay best friends wedding ...Pigeon b**ch #gayrights!"
Angelina soon tweeted a response to JWoww, writing "I am not even going to attempt to abuse ppl right now that r talking smack. Lol. And u know who u are." But JWoww's further comment may not be necessary for Angelina has reversed her comment on gay marriage, telling TMZ, "I'm starting to understand that no one should be denied the chance at happiness that marriage brings."
She continued, "I apologize to anyone I may have offended ...I wouldn't want anyone to tell me that I couldn't marry the person I loved, and I don't want to do that to anyone else regardless of sexual orientation." Angelina plans to support a fundraiser for a pro-marriage equality organization named the Imperial Court of NY next month.
