Tracklisting for soundtrack album of "Rock of Ages" has been revealed via EW. A total of twenty songs from '80s hard-rock era are re-recorded by its cast such as Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, Malin Akerman and Mary J. Blige.
Cruise covers Guns N' Roses' "Paradise City" and Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me". He also collaborates with Hough, Boneta, Baldwin, Brand and Blige in Journey's classic "Don't Stop Believin' ". Akerman, meanwhile, takes on Foreigner's "I Want to Know What Love Is" with Cruise.
Slated to come out in the U.S. on June 15, "Rock of Ages" follows small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip. While pursuing their Hollywood dreams, they cross paths with famed rock star Stacee Jaxx. Hough portrays Sherrie, Boneta plays Drew, while Cruise is tapped to be the famous rocker Stacee.
The soundtrack album will be made available for purchase across the country ten days before the movie release.
