Tawanna claimed in the court documents that the NBA legend has engaged in 'disturbing behavior' in the past few months.
Wife of former NBA superstar Allen Iverson is asking a judge to issue a restraining order for him. In between their divorce battle, Tawanna Iverson filed legal documents in which it is stated that Allen "has engaged in increasingly contemptuous, threatening, and disturbing behavior" over the last few months.
Tawanna claimed that Allen has been harassing her and her family. However, TMZ said it is yet clear whether she wants him to stay away physically or to just stop harassing her. Tawanna also stated that her estranged husband is hiding a big sum of money from her and she wants the judge to stop him. Allen has not made a comment about the protection request.
Allen said previously that he was considering a move to China. He went to Shanghai earlier this week as part of NBA legends tour and confirmed talks with Chinese basketball league.
Allen and Tawanna, who were high school sweethearts, have been going back and forth in the divorce case. Last month, he dismissed the case, claiming they actually reunited for four months after she refiled the papers in June 2011. They have five children from the ten-year marriage.
