AceShowbiz - Nicole Richie and Joel Madden celebrated the 4th birthday of their first daughter on Monday, January 16, and details of the bash are spilling out. The Toy Story-themed party took place at The COOP playspace in Studio City, California five days from Harlow's actual birth date, reported Us Weekly.
Around 35 kids joined Harlow, who was seen eating pizza, juice and a sugar-free Cake Diva confection, at the bash which was made merry by a visit from Woody, Jessie and Buzz, the characters from the Pixar film. Gavin Rossdale, Sara Gilbert, Rachel Zoe and Tobey Maguire's wife, Jen Meyer, also brought along their children.
Sharing more details, an eyewitness recalled, "Harlow started crying when everyone sang happy birthday and Joel said she was crying tears of joy." Despite the little hiccup, the observer claimed that "everyone had a blast", adding that Nicole and Joel, who are also parents to 2-year-old Sparrow, "said it was their best kids party yet."
The COOP is the same place where Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz threw Bronx Mowgli's third birthday in 2011.
