Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend was pulled over near Baker, California for speeding when driving home from Las Vegas on Monday morning, August 1, but has since been released from jail.
Samantha Ronson has just had a run in with the law. The ex-girlfriend of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested outside Baker, California on Monday morning, August 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reported.
The 33-year-old DJ was driving her black Porsche home from a Sunday (July 31) night's gig at the Lavo nightclub in the Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas when she was was pulled over at 10:30 A.M. for speeding. She reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was placed under arrest after refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test.
It is said that the younger sister of music producer Mark Ronson was then taken to a nearby station where she blew over the legal limit. Words are, she was cooperative the entire time. Radar Online additionally reported that she was released from the jail at 5:23 P.M. ET.
Sam didn't mention anything about her Monday morning arrest on her Twitter page. She, on the contrary, uncovered that she had dinner with her brother Mark and friends by posting a photo from the outing with a caption, "Sushi and the banshees @iamMarkRonson @terriblesoup @jamieojreynolds @sheckygreen."
