17-year-old actor Taylor Lautner tells Seventeen magazine in an interview that he had his first kiss when he was still a junior high student. "It was sometime in junior high. I don't remember what year, but it was definitely in junior high," he opens up. "I think it was just with a random girl from school. I mean, it's not like I walked up to her and was like 'You're just a random girl and I'm going to kiss you,' but just a girl from school, and we had a little thing in junior high."
Speaking of girls, the Jacob Black of "Twilight" admits that though he has become famous, he still finds it hard to talk with people from the opposite sex. "I definitely wouldn't say I overcame that. I guess it just depends on the girl. Sometimes I'll feel free to completely open up, and I wish I could do that more often because that's what I look for in a girl. Someone that can open up and be herself, but no, I definitely haven't overcome it completely," so he confesses.
And when asked about what kind of woman he goes for, Taylor tells Seventeen he doesn't like a girl who "doesn't know how to smile or laugh" and tries "to play cool all the time." He claims, "Playing hard to get is not the way to win me over. I'm definitely more for the girl who can smile and laugh all the time and just have a good time!"
In the same interview, the young film star also tells the magazine about his worst habit, while at the same time puts to rest report emerged earlier this year that he was battling restless leg syndrome. "I bounce my knees, but I do not have restless leg syndrome," he states. "I did an interview, I don't even know who it was with, and they said I told them I have restless leg syndrome and it distracts me from my work. I do not have any syndrome. I actually have many friends [like me] who just bounce their knees."

That's so true. I haven't found any guy to just be himself to me. They always just try to act cool, and it irritates me so much. I also hate it when they don't tell you something because they think you'll be mad at them. I look for a guy that's easy to open up to,that's loyal and truthful, and just fun to be with. I actually haven't had my first kiss. I want my first kiss to be meaningful. Anyways, I hope you find that special someone Taylor.

wow that is really good advice coming from someone who is still 14. i think you should make a talk show for couples who are having problems or something. cuz im 17 and i never would have thought of that. wow that just surprises me.
haha ya i like guys who can just be themselves and i still have a hord time talking to guys too but i am still 14 so thats probably why!! haha a little advice about talking to girls, at least for me, is just be honest with them. it makes relationships so much easier. if you feel like you cant tell them something then you probably werent meant to be together. even if you really like them youll probably end up breaking up. even if something is embarrassing you should still tell them if not just to be honest then to see how they react to it. if they totally freak out and get mad then explain why you said that and if theyre still mad just tell them that you should break up or something. just remember to always be honest. -Carly Dixon thatcher, arizona
