A number of big stars, including Whitney Houston and Usher, have been appointed to lend their vocal to a remix of Michael Jackson's 1993 single "Will You Be There". Breaking the news is Larry King's wife, Shawn King, to TMZ.

According to Shawn, Dionne Warwick, Wyclef Jean, Jermaine Jackson and Lionel Richie will also join Whitney and Usher in this project along with her. Proceeds from the song will be split 50/50 between The Larry King Cardiac Foundation and an unspecified charity close to Michael.

Elsewhere, New York Post's Page Six reported that Shawn King has pulled out her planned duet performance with Jermaine Jackson at Michael Jackson tribute concert in Vienna. Concerning the cancellation, her spokesman cited "prior commitments" as the cause and said, "She still has great love and respect for Jermaine."
