He is better suited to play wally west. Think of van wilder with powers and that's the flash.
I agree with the first poster, RR is suited to play the younger Kyle Rayner. There's absolutely no freakin way Van Wilder should get near a Hal Jordan Green Lantern. It'll be interesting to see who they have as Alan Scott.
While I like Ryan Reynolds and most of his film work, I think that he would be better suited if he was playing the role of the younger Green Lantern Kyle Rayner. The character of Hal Jordan is more of a mature role and Ryan seems more suited to the younger tastes.
He will be amazing! He definately has the body for it, and the acting skills as well.He can pull off drama and comedy very well. I have no doubt he was the best choice. I like Justin.....but as a super hero? no.
WAYYYYYY better then justin ...green lantern is my favorite and if he'd gottn the role i would of gotten pissed and not even watched it...but in all i think ryan would make a good green lantern
In the end it's all about having a good agent! The studios are always trying to go with what they think will be the most profitable. Ryan Reynolds may or may not be the right guy. Only time will see!
Not Ryan Reynolds! He'll have to do the best work he has ever done to substitute for fan-favorite Nathan Fillion (who apparently was never considered by the producers). See the amazing fan trailer for a hint at what an excellent GL Fillion would have made.
