The mold of her breasts will be auctioned off later this year with the money earned will be used to raise fund for breast cancer research through Keep A Breast Foundation.

AceShowbiz - Having a popular name in music industry, Katy Perry is cashing in on her fame for charity. The pop songbird, whose single "I Kissed a Girl" has become a hit worldwide, is having her breasts molded to benefit breast cancer research through Keep A Breast Foundation.

The process of molding Perry's breasts is videotaped on the footage available for view after this news. The resulting mold is going to be auctioned off later this year.

Aside from her charity works, Perry has been busy prepping herself for a scheduled performance on the highly anticipated MTV Video Music Awards show next month. Reportedly being billed to sing her hit "I Kissed a Girl" during the awards show, talk is mounting that she's looking for a female celebrity partner to share a kiss with her on stage.

Apparently, MTV is going after the much reported lesbian actress Lindsay Lohan. "Producers are really working hard on it," E!'s Marc Malkin claimed. "They'd love it to be Lindsay, and they're actually going to ask." Representatives for both Perry and MTV have not yet commented on that matter.

The 2008 annual MTV Video Music Awards is scheduled to be held on September 7 in Los Angeles. Actor-comedian Russell Brand will serve as host.
