T.I. will join the recently announced line-up that includes Rihanna, Pink and Paramore.
With the date of its actual event coming closer, the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards has been quick in adding the excitement. The music event which will be held on September 7 has added one more performer to their list, T.I.
The rapper who will perform a track from his upcoming "Paper Trail" album, will join the star-studded line-up which has been announced earlier on Thursday (August 21) afternoon. Rihanna has been confirmed to sing "Disturbia", Paramore to bring their "Misery Business" while Pink to play her new single "So What". Lil Wayne, Jonas Brothers and Kid Rock have also secured their performing slots.
MTV will release more acts in the coming weeks, and announce the presenters too. Meanwhile, it has been rumored sometime that Britney Spears will take the stage too in the bid to make amend for her disastrous performance at the same event last year. However, there is still no official words from MTV regarding this.
