Heidi Klum Denies Engagement Rumor

Heidi Klum has denied rumor saying that she and her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kirsten are engaged. The supermodel spoke to OMG! Insider on Wednesday, May 1, saying that she was not engaged. "There's no engagement. I did get a present from my boyfriend. He did give me a ring and he has the same," Heidi said in the interview.

"I am not engaged. I am not planning to get married anytime soon. It's just a beautiful piece of jewelery. Just something nice," she added. Heidi also talked about her relationship with her boyfriend, saying, "I am happy. It is always hard to find the right partner and you just never know in the beginning."

Cook returned anew to the "Idol" stage to sing his latest single "Laying Me Low", kicking off the night's musical performances. will.i.am then fueled up the audience with his performance of his contribution to the soundtrack of the soon-to-be-released film "The Great Gatsby", complete with his top hat costume, a similarly-outfitted dance crew and a 1920s-inspired lady back-up singer all helping him dish out the choreography-rich production.

During touring, the pair also reportedly showed a video which depicts the "I Kissed a Girl" singer as a "devil child" who needs "healing." Keith then recalled, "[Church attendees] ask how can I preach if I produce a girl who sang about kissing another girl?"

'Glee' Star Mark Salling Files Countersuit Against Woman Who Accused Him of Sexual Battery

"Glee" star Mark Salling has filed a countersuit against Roxanne Gorzela who reported him for sexual battery and assault in January. In the documents submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court on April 26, Salling accused Gorzela of trespassing, assault and battery.

Salling stated in the document that Gorzela "without invitation or authorization, trespassed onto [Salling's] residence and knocked loudly at the front door" in March 2011. Salling's roommate answered the door and told her that he did not want to see her. However, Gorzela allegedly "became very angry and hostile." She forcefully opened the door which caused damage.

Justin Bieber and Usher Slapped With $10 Million Lawsuit Over 'Somebody to Love'

It's now already been years since Justin Bieber and his mentor, Usher, released the remix version of the track "Somebody to Love", for the former's 2011 album "Never Say Never - The Remixes" and the latter's 2010 EP "Versus". The two artists are now facing a $10 million copyright infringement lawsuit over their hit dance track collaboration.

R'n'B singer Devin Copeland a.k.a. De Rico and songwriter Mareio Overton filed the lawsuit in a U.S. District court in eastern Virginia on Thursday, May 2, claiming they were the originators of "Somebody to Love", having written the song back in 2008 and eventually releasing it on De Rico's album "My Story II". Their song reportedly found its way to Usher by way of a promoter who hooked the two with music talent scouting company Sangreel Media who apparently had exposed De Rico's album to the Grammy Award winner.

Abraham, who initially denied starring in the sex video, recently sold the tape to Vivid Entertainment reportedly for more than $1 million. The three-and-a-half-minute song opens with the very recognizable voice of the movie's lead actor Leonardo DiCaprio, his lines from the period film generously sprinkled in between Jay-Z's verses. Slayer 'Devastated' With Guitarist Jeff Hanneman's Death

Jeff Hanneman, guitarist and founding member of heavy metal band Slayer, passed away on Thursday, May 2, at the age of 49. The band announced his passing via official Facebook page on Thursday evening. The announcement read, "Slayer is devastated to inform that their bandmate and brother, Jeff Hanneman, passed away at about 11 A.M. this morning near his Southern California home."

According to the statement, the Grammy-winning guitarist died because of liver failure when he was in a hospital area. He was survived by his wife Kathy, his sister Kathy and his brothers Michael and Larry.

Chris Kelly Dead From Possible Heroin and Cocaine Overdose

An autopsy on Chris Kelly, who died last Wednesday, was completed on Thursday morning, May 2, and there were no signs of foul play or trauma. Cpl. Kay Lester, a spokeswoman for the Fulton County Police said that Kris Kross rapper's death was being investigated as a possible drug overdose.

"It appears it may have been a possible drug overdose," she said, but the cause of death will be determined when his toxicology reports come in the next 3 or 4 weeks. Donna Kelly Pratte, who said she was Kelly's "close friend" before police identified her as the rapper's mother, told the investigators that her son took a mixture of heroin and cocaine the night before his death.
