Kelly Rowland Cries After Her Birthday Celebration

Kelly Rowland celebrated her 32nd birthday on February 11 with Beyonce Knowles, her sister Solange Knowles, and husband Jay-Z in a cozy Venice restaurant in Los Angeles, Gjelina. Despite the happy nuance it's supposed to happen, Rowland was seen crying outside the restaurant. A friend stayed close with her during the breakdown moment.

The birthday girl wore casual clothing consisting of red shirt, black jacket, and white patterned pants. A pair of wide sunglasses hid her puffy eyes. Sometimes she removed the sunglasses to wipe her tears.

Rapper DMX Caught Driving Without a License

DMX was arrested at a gas station in South Carolina around 2 A.M. on Wednesday, February 13. The 42-year-old rapper was reportedly driving a 1978 Buick with his 5-month-old daughter. DMX a.k.a. Earl Simmons was then taken to Spartanburg Detention Center. He got released five hours later after paying the fine.

"They watched me at the gas station and get in the car. They followed me around the corner, pulled me over, put the cuffs on me and brought me here," the 42-year-old rapper said. He added, "I paid the money, when I could have just paid the money right there on the spot. Basically it was just five hours wasted for nothing. I don't have a court date or a court appearance."

Radiohead to Start Working on New Album in September

English rock band Radiohead will regroup to release a new album, the follow-up to their 2011 studio effort "The King of Limbs". Bassist Colin Greenwood confirmed reports that the '90s hit band will start working on their ninth album later this year around September.

Although the group's members, Thom Yorke (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, keyboards, other instruments), Phil Selway (drums, percussion), Ed O'Brien (guitar, backing vocals) and Greenwood, are all busy with their own individual projects, they have agreed on the start date for their album sessions.

Director Sam Raimi's star-studded Disney film "Oz: The Great and Powerful" was premiered on Wednesday, February 13 at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. As expected, the stars of the fantasy-adventure movie came in full force at the big L.A. premiere to brighten up the red carpet event.

Lead actor James Franco, who plays Oscar Diggs otherwise known as The Wizard of Oz, looked dapper in his Gucci suit and tie, arriving in an air balloon. His female co-stars, all cast as witches in the new Walt Disney Pictures flick, were similarly eye-catching in their gowns.

It was the girls' turn on "American Idol" Wednesday night, February 13. The remaining 162 ladies got through the same process like the boys, singing a cappella first before the judges in Hollywood. After this sudden-death round, only 76 ladies were left in the competition.

The producers assigned them to groups and tension was high among them as many of the girls didn't get along with each other. Kez Ban caused drama in her group as she insisted that her group should sing Mamas and the Papas' "California Dreaming". When they finally agreed on The Ronettes' "Be My Baby", Kez skipped the rehearsals to have dinner.

Del Rey is seen performing the song in an empty opera house, looking sultry as she sings behind a microphone stand in her white silk dress. Shots of the new luxury sports car cruising along flash by as she metaphorically sings about her desire for her man that used a lot of car and driving references. Alternating with her and the car's shots are vintage footage which make the overall clip all the more chic and stylish.

The 45-year-old comedian was spotted at the game wearing a red uniform and acting as Staples Center security guard. In addition, a name tag which read Ted Vagina could be seen on the left side of his chest.

Will stood rigidly and appeared stone-faced, similar to real security guards. He scanned the audience for inappropriate behavior, patrolled around the arena with other guards, and unexpectedly escorted Shaquille O'Neal out of his seat.

Hugh Laurie to Terrorize 'Tomorrowland'

Hugh Laurie may soon join George Clooney who has been cast in "Tomorrowland". According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 53-year-old actor is in talks to be the villain in Disney's highly-secretive sci-fi movie to be directed by Brad Bird and written by Damon Lindelof and Entertainment Weekly's Jeff Jensen.

Since very little is known about the movie, there are no details on the characters to be played by Laurie and Clooney. However, the movie which was formerly known as "1952" is described to be akin to Steven Spielberg's 1977s film "Encounters of the Third Kind".

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West caused flight delay when they arrived at JFK airport to catch a connecting flight from Rio De Janeiro to LAX. The powerhouse couple was removed from the plane to be screened by officials after they bypassed a TSA security checkpoint.

An American Airlines employee helped the pregnant reality TV star and her baby daddy skip the screening area. A spokesperson confirmed, "An airline employee escorted the two travelers through a non-public area in order to provide expedited access to their domestic flight."

After being announced as the host of the forthcoming 2013 Juno Awards on April 21, Canadian singer Michael Buble is in the news once again, this time with he himself revealing that he's set to release new music soon. Buble previewed the new music via an 18-second teaser clip that he released as sneak peek into the new single.

The short video shows Buble texting away on his iPhone, being made up by a hairdresser, while singing the light and breezy mid-tempo track. The clip was so short it was difficult to decipher what the song might be about, even with a few lyrics, "I don't know why you think that you could help me when you couldn't get by by yourself," but it was clear on one thing, and that was "new music is coming" from the "Home" singer.

Lady GaGa Cancels Remaining Tour Dates to Have Hip Surgery

After postponing four tour shows yesterday, Lady GaGa canceled the rest of her Born This Way Ball concert tour after discovering that the synovitis (or severe inflammation of the joints) she had been enduring for about a month already was actually worse than what she initially thought. Additional tests done on the 26-year-old entertainer revealed the injury was so severe she has to undergo surgery to her hip to fix the problem.

"After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady GaGa has a labral tear of the right hip caused by strenuous repetitive movements in her performances," a statement released via GaGa's website read, explaining the medical problem. Contrary to her earlier hopes that the pain would go away naturally after she postponed a few shows to rest the injury, turns out she will need to go under the knife to repair the damage.

Director Bryan Singer finally spills his plan for the upcoming "X-Men: Days of Future Past". The "Valkyrie" helmer confirms in an interview that the "X-Men" superhero characters in Marvel Comics are going to be brought to life using 3D technology.

"I'll probably use some of the motion-capture technology for certain things [in Days of Future Past]," he reveals to CinemaBlend, before confirming about the 3D treatment which he also applied in his "Jack the Giant Slayer" project. "And of course the 3D technology. I'll be shooting native stereo on X-Men."
