The boys of the British group One Direction composed of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson can now continue using the boyband's name as they have already reached an agreement with a U.S. musical group that used to go under the same name. This news has been confirmed after both parties issued a press release from London.

The relatively unknown U.S. group will now go under the name Uncharted Shores, and they have since updated their official website, Facebook page, iTunes, and Twitter URLs. One Direction's U.K. boys were happy about the result of the agreement.

Brad Pitt has splurged his cash to please his fiancee Angelina Jolie with an unusual gift, if The Sun is to be trusted. According to the site's source, the 48-year-old hunk bought a shooting range and armory worth of 250,000 pounds as a wedding gift for the "Salt" beauty.

The source claims the Lt. Aldo Raine of "Inglourious Basterds" gave her the luxurious present to "live up with his wedding gift considering Angelina exchanged vials of blood with her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton." Moreover, it's said that the mother of six "finds shooting an aphrodisiac."

The closing ceremony of Paralympic games reportedly will be graced by performances from Jay-Z and British rock band, Coldplay. The rapper allegedly was approached by Chris Martin and agreed to perform because he was blown away by the athletes' bravery and athleticism.

"This will be a concert like no other and a fantastic end to what has been the most successful Paralympics ever," a source told The Daily Mirror. "They are putting together a spectacular set list - one likely to include a duet. It's going to be one hell of a show and fans of both artists will be trying to get tickets."

How the Goblin King in "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" will look like may have been revealed. An image has been found on a French Tolkien Facebook page, showing an ugly monster with a flat nose and sharp-pointed teeth which is rumored to be the Goblin chief. There's another picture that gives a look at what seems to be the Goblin King's minion.

The Goblin King in Peter Jackson's "Hobbit" film series is set to be portrayed by Australian thesp Barry Humphries. There's still no official word to confirm whether the found images are indeed how Humphries' beastly character will look like in the upcoming movie.

Michael Clarke Duncan's fiancee Omarosa Stallworth was left grief-stricken by his death. In a statement to Radar Online, the former member of "The Apprentice" said, "I am devastated." She added, "He was the love of my life."

Stallworth saved Duncan's life when he suffered a heart attack in July. She gave him CPR and stayed by his side in hospital ever since. He "suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered." He was 54.

Word ran rampant that Beyonce Knowles and Kim Kardashian had an awkward encounter when they met at Made in America festival. The two women reportedly barely spoke to each other despite the fact that their respective men Jay-Z and Kanye West were best friends.

Attending a recent special screening for "The Master" at the 2012 Venice Film Festival, director Paul Thomas Anderson took some time to discuss the theme of his highly-praised movie. While it was previously denied that that the film was related to Scientology, Anderson finally acknowledged its connection with the much-talked-about belief.

Anderson admitted Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard became the inspiration for the film's title. Michael Phelps followed the footsteps of fellow gold medalist swimmer Ryan Lochte to have a pool party in Las Vegas post Olympic Games. While Lochte celebrated his birthday, Phelps dropped by the Sin City to mark his retirement. David Guetta served as a house DJ.

Red John has planted a suspicion when he told Jane he had someone inside the FBI and it will be one of the main issues that the CBI team faces during their search for the serial killer in "The Mentalist" season 5. In a new interview, executive producer Bruno Heller warns that some returning faces and new characters who will appear in the new season "may or may not be Red John's friends."

"When you first meet these guys, these might be good guys, they might be bad guys," he tells TVLine. Those new guys include Polly Walker who will recur as FBI Regional Director Alexa Shultz and Ivan Sergei who is cast as FBI Agent Gabe Mancini.

Henry Cavill will soon be seen starring as one of the world's most famous superheroes, Superman, in "Man of Steel". Though the Kryptonian hero had been portrayed by a number of actors in various different versions before, Cavill insisted that his take on the character would be different from its predecessors.

Speaking to Cineplex magazine in a recent interview, the British hunk gushed that "Man of Steel" would have a "realistic" take on the legendary DC superhero rather than a cartoony one. "What I can say is that it's a modernization of the character and a very realistic view of one, obviously, very fantastical individual," he said.

"American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips gave a hint on when his debut album would be released. He recently told DJ Race Taylor during his visit to WPLJ that he was not expecting his debut album to be released until January or February 2013.

Summertime Entertainment's animated movie "Dorothy of Oz" has unleashed its very first teaser trailer. Staying true to its family-friendly genre, the video presents various famous creatures from the "Oz" tale and plenty of playfully colorful scenes.

Lea Michele's titular character is featured adventuring with Tin Man, Lion, China Princess, Tugg and Scarecrow in a fantasy world of Oz which is ruled by villainous Jester. At the end of the trailer, the "Glee" star can be heard showing off her powerful vocal chops when her song plays as the backsound.

Prince Harry looked relaxed when making his first public appearance since his nude-photo scandal last month. The third-in-line to the throne laughed and goofed around with the kids when attending WellChild Awards at the Intercontinental Hotel in Park Lane, London on Monday, September 3.

Alex Logan, one of the kids Harry was due to present an award, said in an earlier interview with ITV News that he planned to tell the Prince that he's glad he got his clothes on. The royal redhead, however, heard about it and playfully warned the young boy not to broach the subject when they finally met each other.

"Iron Man" has reportedly made a last minute addition to its cast ensemble by nabbing a Chinese actor to star as Radioactive Man. Chinese movie site Mtime has shared the news that actor Wang Xueqi has officially been cast as the villainous character who is also known as Chen Lu.

Xueqi was rumored to be cast as a replacement for Andy Lau, who was originally eyed to join the superhero blockbuster film. The 66-year-old thesp was previously spotted talking to "Iron Man 3" chief producer Dan Mintz before his casting news emerged.

Marion Cotillard's critics darling film "Rust & Bone" has just released its first U.K. trailer via MSN. Without presenting any dialogue, the sneak peek manages to wow the viewers with its stunning cinematography and the astounding performances from both Cotillard and Matthias Schoenaerts.

Plenty of emotional scenes are featured in it, including the ones that see Cotillard's bond with a killer whale. Her tough relationship with Schoenaerts is also highlighted in the video, which boasts M83's alluring song "My Tears Are Becoming a Sea" as the background music.

Michael Clarke Duncan passed away roughly two months after suffering a heart attack. His fiancee Omarosa Stallworth announced via a representative that the "Green Mile" actor died at the age of 54 at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Monday, September 3.

Duncan "suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered" from his July 13 heart attack. "Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date," the rep said.

Jimmy Kimmel's life has become so much easier since he was chosen to host the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, so he claims in a promo for the upcoming prize-giving event. In the video, the comedian is featured greeting some celebrities who help him with his daily tasks.

Director Paul Haggis has backed up Vanity Fair article on Scientology church auditioning girlfriend for Tom Cruise. In an e-mail to Showbiz 411, the Oscar winner confirmed that Iranian born actress Naz Boniadi was groomed to be Cruise's wife between 2004 to 2005 before he eventually picked Katie Holmes in April 2005.

Elisha Cuthbert is engaged to be married to NHL player Dion Phaneuf. The 29-year-old actress and her fiance celebrated their engagement on Sunday, September 2 night at the New Glasgow Lobster in Prince Edward Island, Canada.

"Last night we had the privilege of hosting a surprise engagement party for Dion Phaneuf and Elisha Cuthbert," the restaurant tweeted on September 3. "Congrats to them both." Mo'Nique has put her nasty legal battle with her landlords to an end by reaching a settlement. According to TMZ, both parties have agreed to drop their lawsuits last week with Mo'Nique paying an unmentioned amount of money.

The battle had been long-running and got uglier each day. Mo'Nique and her husband were accused of dodging to pay their house rent which amounts to $370,000. The "Precious" star fired back by saying the house smelled of dog poo, wet dog and urine.

Russell Crowe was rescued by U.S. Coast Guard after he wandered away from his destination during a kayak trip. The actor was doing the water sport with a friend, kicking off their voyage from Cold Spring Harbor but stayed in the water for four and a half hours because they got lost.

The Oscar winner and the unidentified friend set out the journey on Saturday, September 1 afternoon on the Long Island Sound. They got lost 10 miles east from where they started and decided to beach their kayaks in Huntington Bay as it got dark. They noticed the coast guard patrolling the area and Crowe shouted for help.

Heidi Klum finally opens her lips to comment on Seal's recent revelation that she struck a romance with her bodyguard while they're still legally married. The supermodel insisted that it was a problem between the two of them that led to their separation, not because she was cheating on him.

"I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years," Klum said in an exclusive statement to People. "Our separation was based on issues between the two of us. Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."
