Brendan Fraser has filed a lawsuit against the producers of "William Tell: 3D" for screwing him out of more than $2 million in acting fees. The actor was pissed that production of the 3D movie did not start as scheduled and he did not receive any paycheck.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Fraser passed up several lucrative acting jobs in order to remain available for the William Tell biopic. The agreement was to pay the actor $2.25 million whether the film shoots or not but when the October 2011 start date went by and he did not receive a paycheck since, Fraser was forced to take the matter to court.

Chris Hemsworth has become a first-time dad. The "The Avengers" star's wife Elsa Pataky gave birth to their first child on Friday, May 11 afternoon in London, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

Details surrounding the baby are scarce but Hola.com reported that it was a baby girl named India Rose. Both mother and child are fine and they have returned home.

A new clip from the upcoming episode of "Glee" has been shared, giving an extended look at the body-swapping twist. It all begins as Tina texts while walking and furiously says, "I can do everything Rachel Berry can." She later trips and falls into a fountain, hitting her head.

When she comes out of the water, Tina sees Puck dressing like Blaine and Finn dressing like Kurt come approaching her. She is confused when Mark Salling's Blaine says they need to get her solo ready for Nationals, and only realizes that she is Rachel when she looks at her clothes.

Diggy Simmons and Prince Royce release a new music video each. The young rapper throws a party in a celebratory clip for his single "Two Up", while the Bronx Dominican singer shows off his vulnerable side and sings his heart out in visuals to support his latest single "Incondicional".

Simmons includes his party-themed single in his debut studio album "Unexpected Arrival", which has been in stores since March. The son of Run DMC's Rev Run collaborates with the likes of Jadakiss, Tank, Jeremih in the CD.

Alec Baldwin is bringing his sense of humor to a commencement ceremony. The "Rock of Ages" actor poked fun at his phone etiquette on Friday, May 11 as he delivered his speech before more than 300 Manhattan School of Music students at Riverside Church in New York City upon receiving his honorary doctorate.

To the amusement of the crowd, the 54-year-old actor whipped out his iPhone during his speech to call Jeff Ambersini, a childhood friend from Massapequa who is now an opera singer. On a more serious note, FOX 5 reported that he, together with Ambersini, told the graduating class of classical and jazz musicians to keep in mind that "the arts are important and the artists are truly valued."

Leonard Nimoy denies recent spinning rumors suggesting he will return as old Spock to J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek" sequel. The actor playing the starship Enterprise first officer in the original series of the sci-fi franchise admitted that he did visit "Star Trek 2 " set, but only for a casual meeting with Abrams.

"I visited the set one day and that started some speculation about whether I was doing the film. It's all speculation," he recently told StarTrek.com. "I talk to these people regularly. Zachary Quinto and I have dinner whenever we can. We just had dinner three or four weeks ago. I talk to J.J. about family."

As "Dark Shadows" is getting closer to its U.S. release date on May 11, one of its soundtracks is unleashed. The song is titled "Go All the Way" and it's a cover of Raspberries' 1972 song that was recorded by The Killers.

"Our old pal Tim Burton asked us to record a cover song for his new film #DarkShadows," so the band informed their Twitter followers on how they ended up making music for the film. "It opens everywhere Friday. See you at the movies.."

"Fringe" has brought back Leonard Nimoy's William Bell in the season 4 finale, luring the actor to take a break from his retirement. Asked what convinced him to be back acting again, the 81-year-old actor opened up, "Well, it's not just the role of William Bell. It's the show."

"I think Fringe is a wildly imaginative show," he gushed about the FOX series. "The writers and the creators of the show, and the producers, are very bright and very theatrical. All the characters are fleshed out wonderfully, and the chemistry amongst the cast is terrific."

Jennifer Hudson has finally got justice for the brutal murder of her mother, brother and young nephew. On Friday, May 11, after about 18 hours of deliberations, the jury in Chicago found her former brother-in-law, William Balfour, guilty on three counts of first-degree murder. Despite the win, the Grammy winner still expressed sympathy to the Balfour family.

Hours after the Balfour was convicted of the murder, the "American Idol" alum and her sister, Julia, issued a joint statement regarding the verdict. Posted on her website, the statement read, "We want to extend a prayer from the Hudson family to the Balfour family. We have all suffered terrible loss in this tragedy."

Carrie Underwood and Jimmy Kimmel made a "freak-y" duet as a "sequel" to her song "Before He Cheats". In a video filmed for the collaboration, the country music singer takes revenge on her cheating boyfriend by trashing his car, only to find out that the vehicle is not his but belongs to the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" host.

"Last night, I went out to sing Huey Lewis karaoke with a bunch of the fellas," Kimmel croons while acting out the lyrics. "Last night, I'd just finished drinking my virgin margarita with a paper umbrella/ Last night, I fumbled in my fanny pack looking for the key as I walked back to my truck/ and I'm like, 'What the f**k?'."

Hyping up the anticipation for the summer release of "The Amazing Spider-Man", Columbia Pictures debuts another viral campaign for the upcoming Spidey movie. The latest viral is unveiled in a form of The Oscorp Industries faux ad that features Dr. Curt Connors promoting an internship program for the company. Clad in his lab coat, Connors talks about herpetology and reptile studies in their program.

Portrayed by Welsh actor Rhys Ifans, Connors is one of the leading scientific minds who aims to engineer a revolutionary regeneration serum to help re-grow limbs and human tissue. His motivation, however, is unclear as to why he elects to be the first human test subject, but what becomes evident is that something goes horribly wrong. The scientist later becomes a monster known as The Lizard.

NBC is giving another season to four comedies, "The Office", "Parks and Recreation", "Up All Night" and "Whitney". They join "Community" and "30 Rock" who received 13-episode orders earlier this week.

The network, however, took a different direction with "Harry's Law". After running for two seasons with solid ratings, the show doesn't make the cut for next season's primetime line-up. "Sad news today. Harry's Law will not be renewed for a 3rd season. We are all terribly sad. Many thanks for all your support," so lead actress Kathy Bates tweeted following the cancellation.

Stevie Wonder's nephew has got in trouble with the law. Alpha Lorenzo Walker was arrested, along with girlfriend Tamara Eileen Diaz, on May 2 for allegedly threatening to sell "embarrassing information" about the legendary singer in exchange for money. They have since been charged with a felony count of extortion, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office said Friday, May 11.

According to TMZ, Walker demanded $5 million from Wonder to keep him from going to the media with a tale of incest. When his initial request was declined, the 38-year-old lowered his demand to $10,000. It was said that he got arrested by undercover cops, who posed as Wonder's representative, after signing a document that stated his accusations were false.

Just a few days after reportedly being dissed by Chris Brown in a freestyle of Kanye West's "Way Too Cold", Rihanna lands in another similar situation. This time around, it involves Drake. The rapper is believed to have taken a jab at her in 2 Chainz's newly-released song called "No Lie".

While director/screenwriter Adam McKay recently admitted that he hasn't even finalized the script for "Anchorman 2", it is now reported that a first teaser trailer for the upcoming comedy will be revealed sooner than expected. Collider has the words that the sequel's sneak peek is set to be attached to "The Dictator" screenings.

A source who attended the advanced screening of the Sacha Baron Cohen-starring mockumentary told the film site, "Just got out of a screening of The Dictator. There is an Anchorman 2 teaser attached."

The first man accusing John Travolta of assault and sexual harassment has been dropped by his lawyer. On Friday, May 11, attorney Okorie Okorocha confirmed that John Doe No. 1 had made a mistake on the date Travolta allegedly groped him during a massage session, and offered an apology to the 58-year-old actor's lawyer for the error.

When addressing the wrong date, Okorocha told CNN, "I want to apologize to Martin Singer. It must be very upsetting." The attorney, who is based in Pasadena, California, continued to say, "I believed I was on solid ground or I wouldn't have given the dates on any court papers or to Mr. Singer," before saying that John Doe No. 1 will get "a fresh lawyer to handle the case."

A video trailer that is titled after Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Watch the Throne" track "Made in America" hits the web. The teaser features black-and-white footage showing a large number of people throwing their hands in the air at a live concert.

The video doesn't feature "Made in America", despite the fact it's tagged with the Frank Ocean-assisted song on its title card. Posted by Jigga on his official blog, it has another "What the Throne" song "H.A.M" instead.

"The Dark Knight Rises" has just uncovered a new image of terrorist leader Bane in a very close-up shot. Being released via Total Film, the still shows the bulky supervillain portrayed by Tom Hardy sporting a demonic-look behind his iconic mask.

Speaking about Bane's mask, Hardy opened up that it was actually quite comfortable to wear during shooting. "It's not as bad as you might think. You just put it on," the British hunk explained. "Work out where your drool goes. That's it. Mask work is good fun. This one wasn't painful; there was the stunt mask and there was the up-close one for the sexy glam shots."

After ordering a new season of ten shows, ABC announced the same verdict for Shonda Rimes-created series "Private Practice" and "Scandal". Also getting the renewals are "Body of Proof", "Happy Endings" as well as new comedy "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23".

Four other shows are not that lucky since the Alphabet decided to give the boot to "Missing", "Pan Am", "GCB" and "The River" which have just run for one season each. As the replacements, the network has ordered five dramas and four comedies to series.

Reese Witherspoon is setting side time for her family after her mother sued her father for bigamy. On Friday, May 11 afternoon, the Elle Woods of "Legally Blonde" made an appearance in a Davidson County courtroom in Nashville, Tennessee along with her parents, Betty and John, for an emergency hearing before Probate Judge Randy Kennedy.

A video obtained by The Tennesseean displays Reese holding her father's arm as they walk into the courtroom. The hearing itself was closed to the public, but Judge Kennedy typically handles cases involving conservatorship and determining mental capacity. It is additionally reported that the Oscar winner and her brother made a request for their father to be placed under a conservatorship.

Two more musical guests are added to the lineup for the upcoming season finale of "Saturday Night Live". According to Entertainment Weekly, Foo Fighters and Arcade Fire will join the previously-confirmed performer Mick Jagger.

The upcoming finale will air May 19. In addition to singing, Jagger will serve as a host. This will be his third time as a musical guest, but it marks his first to host the show on his own. Back in 1978, he shared the duty with The Rolling Stones members.

Shortly after announcing that it has tapped Robert Pattinson as the leading man in "Mission: Blacklist", Embankment Films wastes no time to unveil the film's very first promotional poster. Instead of revealing a full-body first look at Pattinson in the movie, the freshly released one-sheet focuses on a close-up look at the actor's glowing eyes.

The poster is also filled with an assortment of letters. Some that stand out in white features a tagline that reads, "In a world of lies, only one man can see the truth." Meanwhile, the lower part of the one-sheet displays the name of Saddam Hussein.

The CW has announced the fate of its shows, pulling the plug on "Ringer" and "The Secret Circle" after only one season each. Receiving the good news are "Gossip Girl", "Nikita" and rookie comedy "Hart of Dixie", which join the recently renewed "The Vampire Diaries", "Supernatural" and "90210".

"Gossip Girl" will return for a sixth season, which is set to be the last for the show. The final chapter is also shortened to consist of only 11 episodes. "Nikita" will be back for a third installment, while "Hart of Dixie" will return for a sophomore season.

Queen have a special treat prepared for their fans at their upcoming 10th anniversary show. In an interview with BBC, guitarist Brian May confirms that he and fellow bandmate Roger Tyler plan to resurrect Freddie Mercury for the upcoming gig.

Drew Barrymore might be hush-hush when it comes to her wedding plans with Will Kopelman, but a little sneak peek at how she will look like on the big day has popped out online. The "Everybody's Fine" actress was photographed on Friday, May 11, trying on wedding veils during a shopping trip in New York City.

Barrymore started trying the veil with her hair down before testing out the look of the headpiece with her tresses in an updo. "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood is thrown back in jail after latest run-in with the law. She was arrested on Thursday, May 10 in Anderson, Indiana for violating a court-mandated duty which is reporting for her weekly drug court appointment.

According to TMZ, prosecutors discovered that Portwood lied about her medical condition. The reality star said she missed the appointment because she was recovering from laparoscopic gallbladder surgery and was on "doctor-ordered bed rest" for 2 to 3 weeks. The doctor she mentioned later said he gave no such order.

Whitney Houston will be the center of her family's business once again as Lifetime has ordered a reality show about the aftermath of her tragic death. Tentatively titled "The Houston Family Chronicles", the 10 hourlong episode include Houston's mother, Cissy Houston, daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, sister-in-law and manager Pat Houston and her husband, Gary and their daughter, Rayah.

"The tragic loss of Whitney Houston left a void in the hearts of people all over the world, but certainly none more so than her beloved family," Lifetime exec VP programming Rob Sharenow said in a press release Friday, May 11. "In this series, the multi-generations of the Houston family will bravely reveal their lives as they bond together to heal, love and grow."

Christina Aguilera reportedly annoys the producers of "The Voice" with her indiscipline trait. The singer, who judges the singing talent show along with three other musicians, is said coming two-hours late to the set nearly every single day.

"Christina is consistently about two hours late," a source told RadarOnline.com. "For season three this has got to stop." The execs' strategy was to fine her every time she makes people wait but that's not enough. "Whatever her fine is now doesn't bother her. She has so much money she probably doesn't notice," the insider added. "Higher-ups on the show want to raise it to a number that does bother her so she actually arrives on time."

"Rock of Ages" co-stars Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand will share the screen once again in "Man That Rocks the Cradle". By joining the comedy, Baldwin will also reunite with director Woody Allen who helmed his upcoming movie "To Rome with Love".

"Man That Rocks the Cradle" was once developed with Samuel L. Jackson on the lead. New Line bought it as a spec script by Josh Cagan and based on a story by Cagan and Rob McKittrick. According to Deadline, the studio will get a writer to draft it for the actors, and a director. Shooting takes place in San Francisco with Cate Blanchett and Bradley Cooper reportedly joining the ensemble.

Last year it was reported that Serena Williams has entered a recording studio in her attempt to pursue music career. On Thursday, May 10 night, a sample of the tennis ace's new rap song surfaces as a declaration of what a powerful figure she is.

"I ball hard no tennis racket/I can't see these haters through my Gucci glasses/I make hits like batting practice--they be like 'Serena, is you really rapping?' " Serena rapped.
