O Music Awards taking place in Los Angeles on October 31 will include a tribute to Apple co-founder Steve Jobs who passed away last week at the age of 56. MTV said Jobs has "profoundly changed the way we interact with music online", assigning up-and-coming artists to perform iconic songs in homage for the man behind iPod and iTunes.

The awards show is to celebrate online artists, innovators and fans impacting digital music culture. Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, The Band Perry, Mac Miller, Midi Mafia and DJ Diamond Kuts are the first batch of performers and presenters announced. There will be more revealed in the coming weeks.

Daniel Radcliffe will greet his devoted fans at a "Harry Potter" final farewell event for Spike TV Scream Awards. It has been officially confirmed that the lead actor of the wizard boy film franchise will appear as the special guest during the event.

The news about Daniel's participation for the event was revealed in an official announcement by Spike TV. "Come one...Come all...Come dressed in all things Potter!! More than twenty years after it was brought to the big screen, "Steel Magnolias" is going to get a remake treatment. Lifetime is currently adapting the script of the 1989 feature film into a TV movie with a contemporary take and an all-black cast.

The original "Steel Magnolias" film itself was based on a play of the same name by Robert Harling. It featured Sally Field, Dolly Parton, Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah, Olympia Dukakis and Julia Roberts in the cast ensemble, and the new project is aimed to "assemble a similarly high-wattage cast of black actresses."

Pregnancy rumors refuse to leave Jessica Simpson alone. Nominees for the 2011 American Music Awards have been announced in a press conference held at JW Marriott in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 11. HBO has snagged a Liberace biopic which has Hollywood's A-listers attached to it. The film entitled "Behind the Candelabra" has long tapped Michael Douglas to star as the flamboyant pianist, and Matt Damon as his live-in lover Scott Thorson, with Steven Soderbergh on board to direct.

The cable channel does not immediately release the premiere date, but announces that principal photography will be kicked off next summer. Produced by Gregory Jacobs, the movie will depict the relationship between Liberace and Thorson, who later filed a palimony suit against him.

Beyonce Knowles has reacted to speculations that she's faking her pregnancy. After words started swirling that she wore a prosthetic baby bump underneath her dress, the "Countdown" singer denied the accusation through her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's third child was born on October 11 morning. The happy couple announced through Twitter, "Our family's so happy 2 announce [that on] 10/10/11 [our] baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08am! Xoxo."

Investigation is launched right after the report that 16 actors dressed as zombies got into accident on the Toronto set of "Resident Evil: Retribution". Inspectors have been dispatched by the Ontario Ministry of Labor to visit Cinespace's Kipling Studio where the incident occurred on Tuesday, October 11.

According to law enforcement, these actors were on a set that was on wheels. The set suddenly moved, sending all 16 actors five feet down to the ground. However William Lin, a ministry spokesperson, said that it is too early to speculate on the cause of accident. "We are conducting an investigation to (a) find out what happened and (b) ensure work place health and safety," he said.
