Shaggy has debuted a Jay Will-directed music video in support of his latest single "For Yur Eyez Only". The Jamaican American reggae singer brings along his featured guest Alaine as well as a number of bootylicious ladies in this clip.

"Tony [the producer] called me one day and said he had a rhythm and that he wanted me to voice a hook on it," Alaine told Jamaica Observer about how the duet started. "He gave me the idea of using For Your Eyes Only for the hook, and I wrote the chorus based on that. Tony then contacted Shaggy and the song was completed."

Fox 2000 Pictures has paid Taylor Lautner to get himself imprisoned. Deadline Hollywood reports the 18-year-old actor has signed up to star in "Incarceron", which is based on Catherine Fisher's young adult novel of the same title.

Lautner will portray Finn, who has lived his entire life on Incarceron, a savage, futuristic prison society. He meets Claudia, the daughter of the warden, who is trapped in her own prison, a futuristic world constructed beautifully to look like the 17th Century. She knows nothing of Incarceron except that it exists. She and Finn find a crystal key at the same time and it allows them to communicate and try to create an escape plan for Finn.

Every year Golden Globe event organizers choose the daughter of an industry veteran to become Miss Golden Globe. Following the tradition, Gia Mantegna who is the daughter of Golden Globe-nominated actor Joe Mantegna is picked to take the title this year. She follows the footsteps of Rumer Willis, Laura Dern, Joely Fisher and Melanie Griffith among others.

Former "Dallas" star Larry Hagman is heading to Wisteria Lane. He's signed up to film a cameo appearance in "Desperate Housewives", despite never having seen an episode of the hit show.

Dick Van Dyke has been forced to cancel the entire run of his one-man show after injuring himself during a preview performance on Wednesday, December 8. The legendary actor thrilled fans by announcing he would embark on a month-long stint in "Step in Time: A Musical Memoir", which would see the "Mary Poppins" entertainer perform a collection of his most famous movie numbers.

Actress Sofia Vergara has come to the defense of Ed O'Neill following his controversial comments about Jane Lynch's Emmy Award win, insisting her "Modern Family" co-star's words have been misinterpreted.

O'Neill hit the headlines earlier this week after appearing to question whether the "Glee" star deserved her trophy for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her portrayal of acid-tongued Sue Sylvester on the hit musical TV series in August. Comic Book Movie has got its hand on some new set pictures of "X-Men: First Class". Taken from Jekyll Island, Georgia, the photos do not document any shooting process but feature the set which is being built. Seen among the not-yet-assembled pieces is the cockpit of Blackbird aka X-Jet.

Blackbird is a famous jet used by the X-Men and it is their main mode of transportation. This leads to a speculation that the upcoming movie, which will trace back the history of Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr before they became Professor X and Magneto, will see the X-Men pretty well established at some point.

Embattled reality star Alexis Neiers has avoided extra jail time and been ordered to check into a year-long rehabilitation program after she was arrested for drug possession earlier this month. The 19 year old, who starred in U.S. TV series "Pretty Wild", was jailed last week after failing to check in with her probation officer, stemming from her involvement in a raid on actor Orlando Bloom's Hollywood home last year.

When police moved to arrest her, they reportedly found her in possession of black tar heroin and a fake identity card. The member of the infamous 'Bling Ring' burglary gang was hauled into court on Thursday, December 9 to face a possible two-year jail term for the parole violation.

Cee-Lo's naughty hit "F**k You" has topped U.S. music magazine Spin's poll of 2010 hits. The quirky tune beat out 5cArcade "Ready to Start" and "Power" by Kanye West in the first definitive end-of-year pop poll.

Rapper West's "Runaway" also makes the top 10, as does LCD Soundsystem's "All I Want" and "Helicopter" by Deerhunter. Neil Young's song "Hitchhiker" rounds up the Top 5, and Robyn's "Cry When You Get Older" sits three spots lower.

Rapper Plies is at the center of a copyright infringement lawsuit over allegations he illegally sampled a track written by a songwriter in North Carolina. Romell Caldwell, from Charlotte, filed suit in a New York court on Monday, December 6, claiming Plies' 2008 mixtape tune "Bond Money" used parts of his song, "Dim Hits", which had been submitted to the star's label mate Trina four years prior.

Plies, his record company executives at Slip-N-Slide and UDigg Records have all been named in the suit, although female rapper Trina was not. Caldwell is seeking a court injunction to put a stop to sales of Bond Money and is requesting compensation for damages and losses for missed licensing and sales revenue, reports AllHipHop.com.

Bradley Cooper has a drug that can make people rich and powerful in just a week and he is promoting it in a viral video of upcoming film "Limitless". Called NZT, the clear pill allows someone to "access 100% of his brain, learn new languages and conquer Wall Street," but it has side effects such as "paralysis, psychosis, brain damage and sudden death."

Unfortunately, such "magic" drug does not really exist. Instead, NZT is a drug that causes problems in Cooper's Eddie Morra's life in "Limitless", a movie adaptation of Alan Glynn's novel "The Dark Fields". He experiences sudden financial and social success, but brutal side effects jeopardize his meteoric ascent.

Viewers just lost interest in "The Hasselhoffs" and A&E is not waiting until the rating sinks. The docu-reality series, which follows David Hasselhoff's attempt to help his daughters in the entertainment world, is off the network's schedule after airing only 2 episodes.

The debut episode drew a mild 718,000 viewers and the second at the next hour plunged to 505,000. For comparison, A&E recently also premiered a new series called "Storage Wars" which actually has less star factor than "The Hasselhoffs" because it's about professional buyers purchasing storage units that have been foreclosed on. "Storage Wars" drew 2 million in its debut.

Rock offspring Kelly Osbourne has been putting off much-needed surgery on her feet for over a year - because the recovery period from the operation will keep her off her feet for a month. The singer and reality TV star has been suffering from foot problems for a while and she admits her stint on U.S. reality show "Dancing with the Stars" last year only "made it worse".

But curing the ailment requires doctors to do more damage to her bones before they can fix them - and the thought of putting her feet up for weeks on end has the 26 year old running scared. Osbourne tells Eonline.com's Marc Malkin, "It was going to happen but (Dancing with the Stars) kicked it up about 10 years. They have to break bones in my feet and reset them."

Actress Becki Newton has become a first-time mother after giving birth to a baby boy. The former "Ugly Betty" star, 32, and her husband Chris Diamantopoulos welcomed their son in Los Angeles in early November, her representative has confirmed to UsMagazine.com. The couple wed in 2005.

Becki Newton is well known for portraying Amanda Tanen in "Ugly Betty". The 32-year-old actress can next be seen playing Annie in the NBC series "Love Bites" which premieres in January next year.

Michael Gambon jumps from big to small screen and he's making his first U.S. television debut at the same time. The Brit is to take a recurring role on HBO drama series "Luck" which is about several characters who are tied to the same horse-racing track.

Produced under David Milch/Michael Mann collaboration, "Luck" puts Dustin Hoffman in the lead role named Ace Brenstein. Now Gambon is to play a yet-to-be-named character who is "a nemesis or worthy adversary for" Brenstein. Gambon previously worked with Mann in Oscar nominated film "The Insider".

More pictures from "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" have been released by Walt Disney Picture, giving preview to the scenes in the movie. One particular image gives a look at Ian McShane's Blackbeard who is being confronted by Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow while Penelope Cruz's Angelica is by his side.

Two other pictures, meanwhile, show Sparrow in his action sequences. He peeks from a desk, pushes a boat from the shore to the sea and stands on a walking carriage, as parts of his efforts to seek the Fountain of Youth as ordered by Richard Griffiths' King George II.

Beyonce Knowles gave husband Jay-Z a speedy treat for his birthday last week - the singer reportedly bought him a $2 million sports car. The hip-hop mogul turned 41 on December 4 and the "Halo" hitmaker treated her beau to a Bugatti Veyron to mark the occasion.

Beyonce reportedly had to wait a full year after ordering the Grand Sport edition because of the attention to detail carmakers spend on the vehicle, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper. The Veyron can reach 255 miles-per-hour (410 kilometres-per-hour) and accelerates from zero to 60 in 2.5 seconds.

"Seinfeld" star Jason Alexander is set to return to U.S. TV - the funnyman is in talks to develop a small screen drama about a struggling actor. Alexander is in negotiations with CBS network bosses to develop, produce and star in a new hour-long series, according to trade paper Variety.

The as-yet-untitled show reportedly centers around a struggling actor who joins his ex-wife's detective agency, and then becomes an expert in disguise by using his acting skills. Alexander last starred as a sports show host for "Listen Up" in 2005 and has since guest starred in programmes including "Criminal Minds" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine".

Damon Albarn's animated band Gorillaz are giving fans a holiday treat this Christmas - they will make their new album available to download for free. The rocker recently revealed he had created the group's newest material on his handheld Apple iPad computer.

Albarn said, "I've made it on an iPad - I hope I'll be making the first record on an iPad. Which is ironic, being the sort of technophobe and Luddite that I am. But I fell in love with my iPad as soon as I got it, so I've made a completely different kind of record."

Troubled rapper DMX will remain in police custody for another week after he was denied bail for the second time on Thursday, December 9. The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, is facing eight months behind bars following his arrest in Phoenix, Arizona last month for violating his parole.

He is accused of breaking the terms of his probation by using cocaine and painkiller OxyContin, driving on a suspended license and failing to check in with his parole officer. DMX, who has denied the allegations, was initially refused bail during a November hearing and court commissioner Christine Mulleneaux rejected the request again on Thursday morning, when he appeared at Mariciopa County Superior Court.

The Rolling Stones hellraiser Keith Richards is in trouble again. He's been accused of destroying an expensive flower with his cigarette.

The legendary guitarist was reportedly enjoying a smoke at the main branch of the New York Public Library prior to a guest appearance in October this year, and stubbed out his cigarette in a clay saucer holding the plant pot. Staff at the office of Marie d'Origny, deputy director of the Cullman Center, opened a window to ventilate the room once Richards had left - but the chilly air and nicotine smoke caused the orchid to wilt and die, according to a blogger.

Bret Michaels is readying himself for his upcoming heart surgery in January 2011. He's taking new medication and feeling "positive" about the operation. The Poison star is booked in to go under the knife to repair a hole in his heart and his doctors have implemented a strict new medical regime ahead of the procedure.

Michaels admits he found the idea of a heart operation terrifying at first, but he's now feeling much calmer about the looming surgery. He tells People.com, "I gotta tell ya, I'm very positive. I feel positive they're going to do an amazing job. They've done thousands of these operations."

A number of celebrities came to New Jersey on Wednesday, December 8 to celebrate the holiday with their fans in Q102 Jingle Ball concert. Adam Lambert, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber sent the crowd into a frenzy when they came out on stage for live performances.

Sick singer Aretha Franklin is refusing to let her mystery illness slow her down and aims to be back on stage in the spring 2011, according to her cousin. The music legend underwent "successful" surgery at a hospital in Detroit, Michigan last week to treat an undisclosed ailment.

Subsequent reports suggest Franklin, 68, has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and although family members have refused to confirm the nature of the star's illness, her cousin Brenda Corbett reveals the singer is determined to make a full recovery. She tells the Detroit Free Press, "Aretha is doing better than doctors expected. She has a long life in front of her and will be back in concert, on stage, late spring or early summer."

Mel Gibson has reportedly stopped congregational services at his California church after paparazzi photos of the actor and his daughter at the institution surfaced online this week. Photos of Gibson and baby Lucia, his daughter with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, were taken on the grounds of Holy Family Chapel in Agoura at the weekend, before appearing on TMZ.com on Tuesday.

A source tells the website the actor has now shut down mass services because he was "extremely concerned about the invasion of privacy". Instead, Gibson is reportedly offering only limited services for long term parishioners for an undisclosed period of time. Church members are said to have received an email from officials on Wednesday, December 8 stating, "There will be no Masses here at Holy Family Chapel until further notice."

British model-turned-reality TV star Katie Price has called in her lawyers after a comedian told a series of sick jokes about her disabled son. Scottish funnyman Frankie Boyle cracked several gags about eight-year-old Harvey during his "Tramadol Nights" show on U.K. network Channel 4.

Referring to Price's battle with her ex-husband, singer Peter Andre, for custody of the child, Boyle said, "Eventually one of them will lose and have to keep him." Paramount Pictures has debuted the first teaser poster for another movie adaptation of Marvel character, "Thor". The shadowy image, which makes its way out via Yahoo! Movies, is dominated in black which is in contrast with Thor's red cloak. Captured from his side, the banished warrior of Asgard is featured holding his hammer Mjolnir.

The first official trailer for the movie is promised to be premiered on Friday evening, December 10. Previously, a trailer for the movie was screened at Comic Con this July and the bootleg version hit the web few days later.

The next episode of "The X Factor" to reveal winner of the seventh series will be a star-studded affair. Four big stars, Christina Aguilera, Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am, Rihanna and Take That's Robbie Williams, have been announced in a press conference as musical guests.

Finalist Rebecca Ferguson is set to make a duet with Aguilera, stating "I'm very happy. She's very talented and amazing." Another contestant Cher Lloyd will be teaming up with will.i.am. The first scenes from Walt Disney Pictures' "Real Steel" have been shared in a teaser trailer. It highlights down-on-his-luck former boxer Charlie Kenton and how things have changed now that human boxing is outlawed for being too violent and is replaced with robot boxing.

Now nothing but a small-time promoter, Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low-end bots from scrap metal to get from one underground boxing venue to the next. When Charlie hits rock bottom, he reluctantly teams up with his estranged son Max to build and train a championship contender. U2 frontman Bono marked the 30th anniversary of John Lennon's death on Wednesday, December 8 by singing The Beatles songs throughout the band's gig in Australia. Lennon was gunned down outside his New York apartment on December 8, 1980 and fans flocked to the Big Apple to mark the poignant anniversary, while tributes were paid all across the world.

The Irish rockers were in Brisbane, Australia on Wednesday and the singer proved he had not forgotten the landmark date by launching into an anthem by the Fab Four during their show at the Suncorp Stadium. After finishing a rendition of U2's "Beautiful Day", Bono stirred the crowd by performing a segment from The Beatles' "In My Life".

Pregnant actress Christina Applegate has been offered $10,000 to dance in a strip club for real after impressing bosses with her spoof pre-natal pole dancing video. Jane Lynch's publicist has refused to be drawn into a war of words with Ed O'Neill after he questioned the "Glee" star's Emmy win - she's thanked him for his outrage instead. Lynch picked up the Outstanding Supporting Actress trophy for her turn as acid-tongued Sue Sylvester in the hit musical TV series at the awards ceremony in August.

"Married... with Children" actor O'Neill caused a stir by insisting Lynch didn't deserve the prize for her "one-note character", claiming the trophy should have gone to his "Modern Family" co-star Sofia Vergara.

"Glee" star Dianna Agron has reportedly fired her manager and agent after a series of disagreements over her burgeoning career. Angelina Jolie is calling for a new law to protect celebrities and their families from unscrupulous photographers who get too close to stars' kids. The Hollywood actress has six children with her partner Brad Pitt and the famous family is a regular target for the paparazzi.

Wesley Snipes has started his three-year sentence at a minimum security prison in Pennsylvania, following his conviction for tax evasion. The "Blade" star has spent two years fighting his 2008 conviction for failing to file tax returns and recently lost an appeal and a request for a retrial.
