Comic Book Movie (CBM) reports that an offer is out for Moyer to portray the villainous role, who is the rival to Fantastic Four. Anne Heche's summer has taken a nightmare turn - the Los Angeles home she shares with actor James Tupper was robbed earlier August. The "Hung" star revealed on U.S. comedian David Letterman's late night show on Thursday, August 26 that the couple is assisting police with the investigation.

Heche revealed thieves got away with computers, iPods, jewelry, Tupper's camera and her eight year old son's Wii gaming system. She told the talk show host, "Our summer was so boring except last week our house was robbed."

Whoopi Goldberg has quit the London theater production of "Sister Act" and flown back to the U.S. after discovering her mother has suffered a stroke. The actress - who starred in the 1992 movie that inspired the West End musical - was due to headline the show until the end of August.

Scottish actor Ewan McGregor has filmed a special appeal urging his fellow Brits to help boost aid for flood-ravaged Pakistan. The "Trainspotting" star, a longtime UNICEF U.K. ambassador, has added his voice to the campaign to help victims of the disaster as floodwaters continue to rise.

In the video, which will air online and on British TV, McGregor says, "We've all seen the shocking pictures on the news about the floods in Pakistan. These floods have affected more people than the Haiti earthquake and 2004 tsunami combined and as in all disasters, it's the children who have been hardest hit - an estimated 3.5 million children in Pakistan are now in need of urgent help."

Radiohead rocker Phil Selway has quit working as a volunteer for emotional support group Samaritans after almost 20 years. The drummer joined the organization as a counselor in 1991, a year before the "Creep" hitmakers released their debut single.

He continued to provide help and support even after the band gained massive international stardom in the mid-1990s, but has now revealed he left his role with Samaritans two years ago. Selway admits he no longer has enough time in his busy schedule to devote to the work - but is proud of his time with the organization.

Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor's heavily delayed film "I Love You Phillip Morris" is finally set to hit U.S. cinemas following the resolution of a long-running legal battle over the movie. The comedy tells the story of a married man, played by Carrey, who discovers he's gay and embarks on a crime spree which lands him in jail where he falls in love with a fellow inmate, played by McGregor.

The film has been hit with a series of delays as movie bosses became embroiled in legal wrangling over the film's finances, but a lawsuit between executives at French film studio EuropaCorp, which produced the picture, and bosses at distribution firm Consolidated has now been resolved. The American release rights have been sold to a distribution company and the movie has been given a release date of December 3.

Former Evanescence star Ben Moody has opened up about his reasons for leaving the band in 2003 - revealing his relationship with singer Amy Lee became "an all-out war" and he tried to force her to quit instead. The guitarist, a founding member of the goth rock group, walked away from the band during its European tour following a bitter bust-up with his former "best friend" Lee.

And Moody admits he had to leave because life in the band had become unbearable for all those involved. In a statement, he says, "I am not going to paint the sugar-coated pleasant version of events. I'm going to tell you exactly what happened in October of 2003... We were very young people in a very stressful situation... We had such opposing desires and personalities that mixed with the pride of youth and inexperience... led to an all-out war."

Taylor Swift went back to Maine, Kennebunkport to introduce the premiere of her official "Mine" music video in a half-hour TV special on Friday, August 27. Yoko Ono is planning a special tribute gig in Iceland to mark what would have been John Lennon's 70th birthday in October. Blue star Lee Ryan has been cleared over allegations he attacked his former fiancee - his ex-partner has withdrawn her complaint against the singer. The boyband star was arrested last week amid accusations he punched Samantha Miller in the face during a drive through central London.

Miller, the mother of Ryan's young son Rayn, is said to have called police after the incident and the star was detained when he refused to submit himself for questioning. Ryan, who denied the accusation, appeared at London's City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, August 27, where the assault charge was read and then dismissed, with prosecutor Laura Tams referring to a statement from Miller which had been handed to the court.

Leonardo DiCaprio can relax for a while after a delusional woman, claiming to be his wife and a mother of their son Jesus, has been given a temporary restraining order (TRO). Radar Online reported that the woman, named Livia Bistriceanu, must stay away a least 100 yards away from the "Inception" star as well as his home, workplace and car.

Leonardo was granted with the TRO by Judge Carol Boas Goodson in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, August 25. In a declaration for the TRO, Leonardo stated, "I am frightened Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me is in jeopardy."

ABC's new show "No Ordinary Family" has lifted the interest a notch higher. The execs have tapped "Twilight" star Jackson Rathbone to appear in the sci-fi show, not only as a guest but as a recurring character, EW reports.

Rathbone, known as battle expert Jasper Hale in the "Twilight" franchise, will slip in the role of Trent Stafford, a high schooler who befriends Kay Panabaker's Daphne. Trent was recently the victim of a home invasion robbery.

Gnarls Barkley singer Cee-Lo has warned his ex-girlfriends not to be offended by his new online track - insisting the expletive-ridden song is not aimed at any of his former lovers. The "Crazy" hitmaker posted a new solo tune, "F**k You", on YouTube earlier this month and it has since become a viral hit, attracting more than two million views and featuring on 4,500 independent blogs.

In the lyrics, Green hits out at a mystery gold-digging ex-partner in a foul-mouthed rant - but Green is adamant the song is not about a specific girl. He says, "I doubt anyone will be taking this personally. It's a bit of an out-of-body experience but it stems from a truth. We've all been through trial and error and had relationships which make you want to scream out in a profane way."

Michael Jackson's two eldest children have attended school for the first time. The superstar's three kids - Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Blanket - were tutored at home under the instruction of the singer, who was determined to keep his children out of the public eye.

After Jackson's death last year, the youngsters were placed in the custody of their grandmother Katherine, who announced plans to send them to public school and allow them to mix with their peers. Pamela Anderson has won a restraining order against an Internet design company following a legal battle over her official website. The former "Baywatch" star claims she hired experts at CMAEON to design her site in 2009, but fired the firm when she discovered a vital tool, which allowed customers to purchase Anderson-branded goods, was not working.

The lawsuit, filed in Indiana and obtained by TMZ.com, goes on to claim she hired another company to take over work on the website, but CMAEON designers refused to relinquish control. Anderson was granted a restraining order on Thursday, August 26.

Former "Blossom" star Joey Lawrence was reportedly injured on the set of his new TV show after he was hit in the eye with a script. The "Mean Girls" star has endured a problematic few months, which has seen her jailed for probation violation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest and sent to court-ordered rehab.

Lohan has also been hit with other legal issues including a lawsuit from a Los Angeles boutique over an allegedly unpaid bill, which she settled this month, and an expensive court action in which she is suing an advertising firm over claims they parodied her in a recent promo.

Through posts on their Twitter pages, Drake and Nicki Minaj have teased their fans that they have now become husband and wife. However, the marriage tweets apparently were nothing but a publicity stunt as reps for both rappers told E! Online that the stars are not married yet.

The first look of Munn as Greta has been released, revealing as well that Buy More is back to business after being destroyed at the end of last season. According to some reports, the store is now directly run by CIA and Greta who is deemed master of disguise, will be in charge.

As the first treatment of G.O.O.D Fridays, Kanye West unleashed "Monster", a track he recorded with fellow rap mogul Jay-Z. The song is confirmed to be included in their upcoming duet mini album called "Watch the Throne".
