Katt Williams is facing further legal woes - bosses at a construction company are suing the comedian over allegations he owes them money. The funnyman/rapper is said to have hired the Extreme Fence Co. to install an electric motorized gate and 106 feet (32.3 metres) of iron fencing at his home in Calabasas, California in October 2009.

But Williams allegedly never paid the $8,900 bill, and now bosses at the firm have filed a lien against the comic, according to TMZ.com. The news will come as a further blow to the troubled star - two warrants were issued for Williams' arrest in December after he allegedly punched a man in the face in November 2009.

Courtney Love has launched a vicious verbal attack on John Mayer for opening up about his sex life with his former celebrity girlfriends, insisting she would never deign to date the singer. In a recent interview with Playboy magazine, Mayer spoke candidly about a string of ex-lovers, including Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson. Mayer most notably revealed Simpson, who he dated for nine months in 2006, was "crazy" in bed.

But Hole's frontwoman Love was unimpressed by Mayer's remarks - and has taken to her Twitter.com page to blast the rocker, who she would love to "punch in the face". She writes, "Do you ever feel like spite hate f**king John Mayer. Just to put him in his place, he's a better guitarist than me but not better in bed! Say your (sic) f**king John Mayer totally throwing him around the room in bits and then you just BAM punch him in the face? good times.... ."

Rapper T.I. has made his first public appearance since he was jailed on weapons possession charges - he supported his fiancee at a charity fundraiser on Monday, February 22. The "Live Your Life" hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., was transferred from a prison in Arkansas to a halfway house near his home in Atlanta, Georgia in December 2009, after serving seven months behind bars.

He is living out the remainder of his 366-day sentence in more comfortable surroundings at the Dismas Charities Atlanta West facility, where he is allowed out to work during the day. T.I. has now shown his face in public for the first time since he was sent to jail, stepping out with partner Tameka Cottle on Monday, February 22 and joining her onstage at Alzheimer's event For the Love of Our Fathers at Atlanta's Opera venue.

Orlando Bloom's girlfriend Miranda Kerr has slammed reports the pair is to marry, insisting she wears a special ring on her wedding finger because it doesn't fit elsewhere. The Australian beauty, who has been dating Bloom since 2007, sparked rumors the actor had proposed after she began showing off a band on her left hand during the Cannes Film Festival in France in 2009.

The rumors then picked up pace after the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star whisked the Victoria's Secret beauty on a romantic holiday to Morocco in November 2009, sparking further speculation they were planning to make their union official. A rep for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star released a statement in December 2009 declaring there was "no truth" to reports of an engagement.

A number of concerts have been announced for Lupe Fiasco's upcoming tour. He is going to start the traveling show on March 5 at Bridges Auditorium in Claremont, California. Serving as his supporting act on some select dates is B.o.B.

The tour is mapped out as a promotional effort for Lupe's upcoming third studio album "Lasers". So far, 21 live shows in major cities across the U.S. have been revealed but more dates are promised to be added in the coming weeks. His stops include Illinois, Michigan, Texas and New Jersey.

Freida Pinto has landed a role in a Hollywood movie, Variety has reported. The India-born actress has been tapped to star in "Dawn of War" to portray Phaedra, an oracle priestess who must join young warrior Theseus on his quest to prevent the cataclysmic war from erupting.

"The Tudors" actor Henry Cavill has been previously cast as Theseus. The film itself will center its story on Cavill's character who leads his men into battle with the immortal Greek gods to defeat evil and the powerful elder gods of the Titans in order to save mankind.

Nicole Richie has become the latest celebrity to take to the skies - she co-piloted a jet to Montreal, Canada last Thursday, on February 18. The "Simple Life" star was traveling to the city to promote her fashion designs for her Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960 labels.

And she was delighted when her business partners Rick and Brian Cytrynbaum allowed her to enter the cockpit of their jet and take over the controls. Richie, who recently announced her engagement to rocker Joel Madden, later took to her online blog to show off photos of herself in action, telling fans, "This past Thursday, I flew to Montreal... and by flew, I mean I actually flew. My partners, Rick and Brian, let me be the co-pilot once again on their jet! It was so much fun! Now if only everyone else on the flight felt the same way."

Brittany Murphy's widower Simon Monjack has denied reports he prevented the tragic actress' father from visiting her grave. Angelo Bertolotti was denied access to Murphy's grave site last week, on February 15 after arriving at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills to pay his respects.

Staff reportedly told the actress' estranged father that only family members could visit Murphy's grave - and because his name wasn't on her death certificate, they couldn't allow him in. Murphy's half-brother Jeff, has since spoken out about the snub, calling it "a travesty".

Johnny Depp credits his children and partner Vanessa Paradis with transforming him into a family man and putting an end to his wild ways. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star struggled with drug and alcohol demons after becoming famous - but he settled down after meeting Paradis in 1998 and welcoming two children with the singer.

And the actor is pleased he got his bad behavior out of his system in his youth because his children - 10-year-old daughter Lily-Rose and 7-year-old son Jack are now his main priority. He says, "Luckily I went down the (destructive) rabbit hole early on and now the rabbit hole is a different animal altogether, because my main focus is my kids and my family. I'm much calmer than I was years ago and that has a lot to do with raising a family, so my kids have calmed me 100 per cent."

Helena Bonham Carter may be too old to play Hermione Granger, but she has a chance to impersonate her in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows". In an interview with MTV, the actress says she had fun when pretending to be Harry Potter's best friend as Hermione takes polyjuice potion to look like Bellatrix Lestrange in the upcoming movie.

"The best bit about being Bellatrix in this one is also because I got to pretend to be Hermione," she gushed on her role of the evil witch. "That was fun, because I always wanted to be Hermione." R&B couple The-Dream and Christina Milian are expecting a baby girl they will name Violet. Milian announced her pregnancy in October 2009, just weeks after secretly marrying the producer/singer in Las Vegas.

She is due to give birth this weekend, February 28 and The-Dream reveals their first child together will be a little girl. He tells MTV.com, "The baby will be here Sunday, no later than Sunday! It's a girl, Violet will be her first name."

Rapper Juelz Santana's birthday celebrations in a New York club ended in chaos on Monday, February 22 after a fight broke out when a partygoer tried to gain access to the VIP section without permission. The hip-hop star turned 27 last Thursday, February 18, and his celebrations continued this week, when he partied with friends and fans at Manhattan hotspot M2 Ultralounge.

But trouble ensued when one man tried to slip into the VIP area - prompting a group of males from the rapper's cordoned off section to pounce on the intruder and beat him to the ground. In video footage obtained by TMZ.com, Santana is shown watching the fight from the safety of the VIP section, while fellow rapper Maino is seen getting involved in the scuffle, although he does not throw a punch.

T.I.'s new studio album which will be his first effort since being freed from the jail is plotted to be released this summer. The record will be outed along with movie "Takers" in which the rapper plays one of the lead characters and serves as producer.

"We did a deal with the film studio Screen Gems for the movie 'Takers' with T.I. Both the album and the film are coming out at the end of the summer," his manager Jason Geter told MTV. "So, yeah, we have a release date."

Kiefer Sutherland will resume filming on hit TV show "24" on Monday, March 1 after undergoing minor surgery. Shooting on the ninth series of the action drama ground to a halt in early February to allow the 43-year-old actor time out to treat a ruptured cyst near his kidney.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Sutherland went under the knife last Tuesday, February 16 but he has been cleared by doctors to return to work next week.

A lawyer for the man accused of harassing "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge has entered a not guilty plea to a felony stalking charge after a bizarre appearance in court on Tuesday, February 23. Zachary Loring was arrested outside Patridge's Los Angeles home last week, on February 19 after violating a three-year restraining order against him.

He was arraigned in court on Tuesday on one count of stalking and three misdemeanor charges, but the hearing was thrown into disarray when Loring started making obscene gestures and yelled to the judge, expressing his desire to plead guilty.

IGN has got its hand on a new age-restricted clip from "Hot Tub Time Machine". The video is introduced by Rob Corddry, Clark Duke and Craig Robinson who share their efforts to promote the film before the scenes from the film are brought forward. This snippet sees Corddry who orders escorts to accompany him and his friends during their vacation.

This comedy follows a group of burned out 30-something best friends who've drifted apart since high school. Trying to relive their younger years once again, they take a trip to Pine Valley Lodge, home of their most cherished teenage memories. After a night of vodka and Red Bulls in a hot tub, they find themselves sent back to 1986. Now, they have the opportunity to relive their fun-loving past.

Jennifer Lopez released a statement a day after news that she left Sony Music Epic Group emerged. In addition to confirming her departure from the recording company, she also assures fans that her new album "Love?" will not be shelved.

"I am making this statement to put an end to any confusion in regards to my next album, titled 'Love?'," she began. "I have belonged to the Sony family since the beginning of my career as a singer and together we've had great success."

The long wait for "Chuck" to return has been relieved by a sneak peek to its March episodes. When the show comes back from its Winter Olympics hiatus on March 1, Chuck asks Sarah the ultimate question: "Sarah, do you love me?".

Also in the episode which is titled "Chuck Versus the Fake Name", Chuck promises to cook dinner for Hannah, Ellie and Awesome but must first assume the identity of the world's most dangerous assassin for his latest mission. A man has been arrested on suspicion of breaking into actor Jason Priestley's Los Angeles home. Police were called to the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star's Toluca Lake neighborhood on Monday night, February 22 after receiving reports of a series of burglaries in the area. The suspect is reported to have broken into Priestley's home but did not take anything from his property, according to TMZ.com.

Items stolen from several other homes in the neighborhood were recovered and the male, who has yet to be identified, is currently being held in custody. It is not known whether Priestley was home during the incident.

Rap legends Public Enemy are struggling to raise funds from fans to pay for their upcoming album after donations stalled at $71,000 - leaving them thousands short of their $250,000 goal. The hip-hop group announced plans to turn devotees into investors in September 2009 after teaming up with SellaBand, an online fan-funding engine, which gives supporters the chance to help finance their idols in exchange for albums, meet-and-greets and even a cut of the profits.

Public Enemy pulled in $50,000 within a month from fans donating a minimum of $25 each - but by December 2009, the sum had only climbed to $71,000. Donations have since ground to a halt and the band has even lost a few investors, leaving them with just over $67,000, reports Billboard.biz.

Complete line-up for this year's Oxegen Music Festival has been revealed. Appearing among the confirmed musical guests are rap moguls Eminem and Jay-Z as well as British rock band Muse and Pop/soul singer John Mayer.

This will be Eminem's debut performance at the gig and his first Irish show since his sold-out concert in Punchestown back in 2003. The Slim Shady is scheduled to rock the main stage with D12, performing on the last day of the festivity.

An actor has shown his interest to star in Guillermo del Toro-directed movie "The Hobbit". In an interview with U.K. newspaper Telegraph, Matthew Goode revealed that he had auditioned for Bilbo Baggins. Unfortunately, he was not chosen to tackle the important role.

"Look at the size of me for Christ's sake!" Goode was quoted as saying. The English actor further admitted he wanted the part so bad that he would find it almost impossible to refuse it if the filmmakers picked him, although it means he had to stay several months in New Zealand where film will be shot.

Rockers Muse have mixed feelings about appearing at the U.K.'s legendary Glastonbury festival in summer, after tragedy struck the group during their last headlining slot at the event. The band is set to thrill fans as they take to the stage at Worthy Farm in Somerset, England on June 26.

But the event will bring back painful memories for drummer Dominic Howard - his father died of a heart attack backstage following their 2004 performance. A sequel to the song which sparked feud between Ross and 50 Cent, "Mafia Music 2" is confirmed to appear in Rick's next studio album "Teflon Don". He said of the song, "It's real exciting. A lot of people don't know Teflon Don was my original rap name - so it's coming back around full-circle. Two studios have just released new official one-sheet for their respective films. As it has been promised before, Warner Bros. Pictures has debuted a poster from "A Nightmare on Elm Street" via MySpace Horror Movies. The image gives a close-up look at Freddy Krueger whose horrible figure seems more prominent than his sharp claws.

Another studio, Walt Disney Pictures, opts to continue introducing new toys in "Toy Story 3" by debuting a fresh character poster. The picture highlights Trixie, the Triceratops. Beside the poster, a new still from the animation has come out, featuring Woody and Buzz alongside their new mate Lots-O-Huggin' Bear.

Kristen Bell is refusing to sell photographs from her upcoming wedding to fiance Dax Shepard to a glossy magazine - the pair is determined to keep the ceremony private. Shepard proposed to the "Heroes" actress over the festive period in 2009 after two years of dating.

But fans expecting to see snaps of the happy couple on their big day will be left disappointed - Bell is adamant the nuptials will be for close friends and family's eyes only. She says, "(We) keep a very low profile. We're all the more private because people are interested and we really don't think they should be."

While many people are fans of Susan Boyle and have bought her debut album "I Dreamed a Dream", Adam Lambert on the other hand despises it. He calls the record "terrible" and describes her rendition of The Rolling Stones' "Wild Horses" as a "horrendous" treatment.

"Jersey Shore" star Mike Sorrentino or better known as The Situation has posted a couple of photos of him stripping down to undies with Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend. The reality show star and Bar Refaeli did a photo shoot for Interview magazine and somebody snapped both of them while in the process.

Country singer James Otto is to become a first-time father with his wife of five years. Otto's longtime partner Amy is expecting the couple's first child in August. The 35-year-old star confirmed the happy news to People.com, "Amy and I are so excited and feel so blessed. I am overwhelmed with joy at the idea of becoming a father! This is truly going to be an amazing, life-altering experience."

On another interview, the "Days of Our Lives" singer shared about how he knew his wife, saying "I met her when I was (signed to) Mercury and she was in the marketing department." Author Patricia Cornwell has lavished praise on Angelina Jolie after they met to discuss an upcoming film project - insisting she was stunned by the actress' down-to-earth nature. Cornwell was delighted when Jolie agreed to play crime-solving medical examiner Dr. Kay Scarpetta in a new thriller based on her bestselling novels.

Monica portrays a married woman who has a daughter with NFL player Chad Ochocinco in a music video for her new single "Everything to Me". When a woman tries to ruin her happy life by flirting with Chad, she fights her off in the courtroom, putting the home-wrecker behind the bars.

The video is directed by Benny Boom and sees Monica wearing dresses designed by Alexander McQueen. Mickey Rourke is convinced Megan Fox is unfairly criticized over her acting skills "because she's beautiful". "The Wrestler" star has teamed up with the 23-year-old for new movie "Passion Play", and the actor admits he has been astounded by Fox's talent.

And Rourke is adamant the "Transformers" star is a clean-living, promising actress who is not given the recognition she deserves because of her good looks. He says, "She doesn't drink or do drugs. People say bad stuff about her and how she can't act but they only say that because she's beautiful. She's the most talented actress I've worked with. When she cries in a scene, I get emotional."

It is no doubt that Sam Worthington has successfully portrayed Jake Sully in "Avatar", but the character could have ended up being played by a more notable actor. James Cameron has just revealed that Matt Damon and Jake Gyllenhaal were once offered the said role, but they turned it down.

To Los Angeles Times, the helmer explained that the "Bourne" actor and the "The Day After Tomorrow" hunk were not his first option since he always placed Worthington on the top of his list. However, the studio chiefs wanted the big star because they can make more money to cover some of the risks of the big-budget project.

Hollywood actress Kirsten Dunst has a new rock star boyfriend - she's dating Rilo Kiley's drummer Jason Boesel, according to reports. The "Spider-Man" star has been linked to the percussionist over the last few weeks and she turned out on Friday night, February 19 to watch her beau perform a solo show in New York.

The star, who previously dated Razorlight's frontman Johnny Borrell, was seen supporting her new man at The Bowery Ballroom gig and again the next day for another solo show in Boston, Massachusetts. Dunst has previously been romantically linked to playwright Jeff Smeenge and actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

Twelve girls have made it to the live stage of "American Idol" this season and they had to overcome stage fright to garner votes from home audience. This is also the first time that judge Ellen DeGeneres, who replaces Paula Abdul, is seen judging live.

The first girl to kick off the night was Paige Miles. She sang "All Right Now" by Free and the judges agreed that it was a bad song choice although Simon Cowell added that she has the best vocal of all the girls. Whitney Houston kicked off the Australian leg of her "Nothing But Love" tour at Brisbane Entertainment Centre Monday, February 22 and she got mixed reviews from the concertgoers. Some of them were disappointed over her shaky voice, while the others put on happy faces when leaving the venue once the light was off.

Whitney who opened the gig with an upbeat song, "For the Lovers", from her comeback album "I Look to You" was slammed by those walking out of the show early for taking long breaks in between songs and coughing through some of her performances. "It was so sad and disappointing. Out of breath, incoherent, barely sung any full songs and butchered the ones she did," a fan wrote to The Courier Mail.

Jail-bound rapper Lil Wayne has silenced reports he's expecting a fifth child with a singer he signed to his record label. The "Lollipop" hitmaker, who is expected to be sentenced to a year behind bars next week, on March 2, was rumored to have impregnated upcoming singer Shanell Woodgett, who he recruited to his Young Money imprint.

But the hip-hop star insists there's no truth to the speculation. In a video clip posted online for fans, Wayne explains, "Let me clear up this rumor, man, Shanell is not pregnant from me (sic). Shanell isn't even pregnant! Period. Clear that up right now, man. Everybody talking about Shanell pregnant by (me). No, she not even pregnant (sic). Period."

Angelina Jolie has kicked off principal photography for "The Tourist" and the production process has been captured on a bunch of on-set pictures. On Tuesday, February 23, the leading lady was snapped filming her scene in an eatery in Paris, France.

Donning a white dress matched with cream gloves and shoes, Jolie was seen holding a newspaper while sitting on a chair. Her living partner Brad Pitt showed his support by visiting the shooting location.

Kanye West has debuted a music video for his latest single "Coldest Winter". Directed by Nabil Elderkin, the video sees a woman in a white long dress running through a barren woods in the middle of the night with several black hooded figures chasing her.

"It's pretty minimalistic," Nabil dished on the video concept to MTV. "It's slow and very visual. I just wanted to catch the vibe of the song and not get too literal. Because the lyrics are very close to Kanye and go much deeper than the video goes, obviously hearing the song you know it's very emotional."

TV personality Piers Morgan was forced to apologize to the British Prime Minister's wife at Monday night's, February 22, Elle Style Awards after damaging her car in a crash earlier that day. The "America's Got Talent" 's judge was driving to U.K. leader Gordon Brown's Downing Street residence in London to conduct an interview on Monday morning, when he accidentally reversed into Sarah Brown's car.

And he used his appearance at the annual fashion awards in the British capital to say sorry for the collision. Morgan told the crowd, "I want to apologize to Sarah Brown for crashing into her car this morning, nearly killing her and her son."

Columbia Pictures has debuted a new trailer for "The Karate Kid". Coming out via Yahoo! Movies, the snippet shares fresh footage at the beginning and in the middle of the video, including the part when Jackie Chan introduces Jaden Smith to kung fu. Additionally, the trailer gives a glimpse of the scenes which highlight Smith and a Chinese girl's relationship.

In the film, Smith plays 12-year-old Dre, whose life is turned upside down after he moves from Detroit to China. Being the most popular kid in his homeland, he is now bullied by Cheng due to his feelings to his classmate Mei Ying.

Tim Burton's new blockbuster "Alice in Wonderland" will be given a limited release in Britain after bosses at the country's biggest cinema chain voted to ban it from their screens. Executives at Odeon, which owns 107 cinemas in the U.K. and Ireland, have decided to boycott Burton's 3-D picture after plans were announced to launch the movie on DVD just three months after it hits theaters.

Odeon's chiefs, along with bosses at Vue and Cineworld, had called for the film - starring Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway - to be given the standard 17-week gap before it was made available for home viewing. An Odeon's spokesperson says, "The negative impact on cinema attendance that such a reduction in the window will have will threaten the continued existence of many cinemas, especially the smaller and medium-sized cinemas. (It would) set a new benchmark, leading to a 12-week window becoming rapidly standard."

Actor Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility, his representative has announced. The troubled star, who has a history of drug abuse, is taking time out of filming his hit TV show "Two and a Half Men" to turn to medical professionals as a "preventative measure", although further details about his treatment have not been revealed.

In a statement released on Tuesday, February 23, Sheen's spokesperson says, "As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series 'Two and a Half Men'. He has asked that his privacy be honored. No further statements are planned."
