Stephen Baldwin has reassured fans of his brother Alec Baldwin, insisting the "30 Rock" star is feeling "great" after his early morning dash to hospital on Thursday. February 11.

Paramedics transported Alec Baldwin to a New York hospital after receiving a 911 call, believed to have been made by his 14-year-old daughter Ireland, from his Manhattan apartment. He was released after a brief check-up and his representative subsequently insisted the hospital visit had been one big "misunderstanding", amid rumors the actor had been intoxicated.

His need for speed landed him in trouble in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, when he was pulled over for driving too fast. But Dempsey managed to charm his way out of getting a ticket when the female officer recognised the TV hunk - and he's publicly thanked her for the kind act.

The Welsh actress' controversial wardrobe choices and animal skin accessories have landed her atop a new Worst Dressed poll by officials for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

In a statement, PETA bosses say, "With her creepy cow-skin pants, ugly fox coat, and icky alligator bag, Catherine Zeta-Jones looks like she's working her way through Noah's ark with a knife. Maybe she's trying to get into character for an upcoming role as a serial killer - or a taxidermist."

Wearing all-black outfit, this young rapper is snapped sandwiched by five beautiful ladies in one of the photos. In two other pictures, he is seen shirtless and holding a mic.

John Mayer's Apology Wanted for Use of Gay Slur

Representatives for the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) campaign group are calling on John Mayer to apologize for using a homophobic slur in his controversial Playboy magazine interview. The "Daughters" singer has come under attack from critics since a no holds barred chat with the men's publication was released this week.

In the revealing article, Mayer used the 'N' word when talking about his African-American fanbase and admitted he'd happily pay for sex with ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson. Mayer has since expressed his sorrow on his Twitter.com blog for his offensive use of the 'N' word, but it's another headline-grabbing comment he made when referring to openly gay gossip blogger Perez Hilton which has irked the GLAAD activists.

B.G. Files Not Guilty Plea for Gun Possession Charge

Rapper B.G. has pleaded not guilty to a charge of gun possession following his arrest in November 2009. The hip-hop star, a former member of Bryan 'Baby' Williams' Hot Boys group, was taken into custody in his native New Orleans, Louisiana in 2009 after he was found with three firearms in his car - two of which had been reported stolen.

Police charged him with felony weapons possession, while two associates were also booked on illegal gun counts. The rapper, real name Christopher Dorsey, appeared in a New Orleans court on Thursday, February 11, where he entered the plea.

Distribution company Anchor Bay Entertainment has now bought the rights to the film for a North American release, bringing Murphy back to the big screen months after her death.

Roman Polanski's Extradition Put On Hold by Swiss Authorities

Swiss authorities will not extradite Roman Polanski to the U.S. until a Los Angeles judge determines if he will serve time behind bars on 32 year old unlawful sex charges. Polanski pleaded guilty to having sex with 13-year-old Samantha Geimer in 1977.

In exchange for the plea, the judge dropped a string of harsher charges and sent him to prison for a 90-day psychiatric evaluation. He was released after 42 days but fled the U.S. after the judge revealed he would be sent back to prison to serve out the remaining time. Polanski was arrested in Zurich in 2009 after years in exile. He has since been placed under house arrest in Switzerland after losing his battle to avoid extradition in January.

Bradley Cooper to Be Hunted by Wolves in 'The Grey'

Harrison Ford Flies Private Jet for Haiti Relief Support

Harrison Ford has become the latest celebrity to fly a private jet to Haiti in a mercy mission to help survivors of the January earthquake. The "Star Wars" actor flew his Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft to the Caribbean country last weekend in support of Operation Smile, a charity medical service organization.

Ford transported 20 volunteers, including surgeons, an anesthetist and nurses, as well as medical supplies to the nation, which was hit by the devastating tremor on January 12. He says, "This is not about me, it is just about doing what I can to help Operation Smile and the people of Haiti."

Villagers to Be Arrested for Blocking Madonna's School Construction

Government officials in Malawi have urged local villagers opposing the construction of Madonna's $13.5 million girls' school to start moving out of the area - as the land has now been handed to the pop superstar. Madonna is using her Raising Malawi charity to fund a facility that will provide schooling for 200 local girls who are too poor to pay their way through education.

Construction on the site outside the nation's capital Lilongwe started in October 2009 and has caused uproar among many villagers, who demanded more money to leave their homes on the government - owned land. Lilongwe District Commissioner Charles Kalemba warned residents they will be arrested if they continue to block the development, and on Thursday, February 11, he addressed the 200-strong crowd again to insist they begin to make way for the project.

More heavy-weight stars are going to weigh down on American couples' marriage. The network has confirmed Madonna's participation but has not revealed the date she would appear on. Nicholas Hoult was left red-faced when a hotel maid discovered his soiled bedsheets - after his spray tan rubbed off during the night. The actor reveals he and his "A Single Man" co-stars Colin Firth and Matthew Goode had help to achieve a sunkissed glow before filming - but was dismayed when most of the product ended up on his blanket.

He says, "Obviously myself, Colin and Matthew are all quite pale Englishmen so we all got spray tans. The spray tans were quite interesting. The lady would come around to our hotel and we would stand in the bath in our pants (underwear) or whatever. And she'd have a big machine which would hit all the positions."

Leona Lewis has debuted a music video to promote her latest single "I Got You". The video, directed by Dave Mayers and filmed in Venice Beach, California, follows several young couples who experience ups and downs in their relationship.

Leona's performance in front of a burning heart is also featured in it. "It's a strong, cool performance, lots of actors with a movie feel to it," she recently tweeted about the scene. "I'm so proud of it and hope you love it to [sic] - enjoy!"

Leonardo DiCaprio has a vice he can't shake - acting like "a complete idiot" with his closest pals. The "Titanic" star is often photographed clubbing or enjoying sunshine holidays with beautiful models - but he insists such luxuries allow him to escape his challenging film career and humanitarian efforts.

He explains, "I go out and have a drink every once in a while. Ooh, I know that's controversial, isn't it? I sometimes go on a vacation, too. I take what I do very seriously and when I'm on the set that's all I focus on - so my vice is to hang out with my friends and talk about absolutely nothing of importance whatsoever and act like a complete idiot because I've got to filter out a lot of the serious stuff I'm dealing with all the time.

Justin Bieber's "Baby" music video has got an official preview. Fans are taken behind the scenes by this young pop star and shown what to expect from the forthcoming video, such as how he woos and tries to impress his love interest.

He said the video is inspired by Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel". Though his collaborator Ludacris' part is not teased in this clip, another rapper Drake is seen coming to the set to show his support for the Canadian singer but is not involved in any of the shooting.
