'Dancing With the Stars' Season 7 Cast Exposed

Though the official cast of "Dancing With the Stars" season 7 won't be announced until August 25, the alleged list has been leaked out. According to GossipSauce.com, the hit ballroom reality series will have celebrities from former NSYNC member Lance Bass to Hollywood socialite Kim Kardashian.

Joining the two in the rumored cast ensemble are four television stars, two singers, three athletes, a comedian Jeff Ross and a model Brooke Burke. The TV stars include "All My Children" star Susan Lucci, television star Ted McGinley, primetime Emmy Awards-winner Cloris Leachman and the Jake Ryan of "Hannah Montana" series Cody Linley.

Duffy Set as Opening Act on Coldplay's Tour

This fall, Duffy will travel with Coldplay to north America in support of the band's world tour. She will open the band's gig and use the opportunity to promote her debut album called "Rockferry" which was already released in March.

The "Mercy" singer will also start kicking off her own major gigs in San Diego on October 9. She will then continue performing in Los Angeles, Vancouver, Seattle, and Chicago before joining Coldplay on stage in Cleveland, New Jersey, Boston, Washington DC, and Philadelphia.

Guy Ritchie's 'Sherlock Holmes' Cursed and Blessed With Intelligence

Having been exposing that his feature film version of the famed 19th century detecive "Sherlock Holmes" will embody an action hero trait earlier, acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie goes even further by exposing that Holmes will be seen as one complex character. Sharing his insight to USA Today, he explained, "His intellect was as much of a curse as it was a blessing. He was a deeply layered character."

Despite opening up details about the titular character, the "RocknRolla" director hasn't given any clue to the possible villain Holmes will be dealing with. However, words are Holmes is going to have a love interest that is based on Conan Doyle's Irene Adler. Additionally, he gushed that the film itself is going to be "a very big production, visceral and intellectual"

Chace Crawford Used to Be a Valet Driver, Often Stole Gum from Customers

Becoming a starlet and young ladies' dream man, Chace Crawford did admit that he kicked off his acting career from nothing. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM show, he openly revealed that he used to work as a valet driver during his early days at Pepperdine University. Worse, he even admitted that he wasn't even good at it and often stole gum from his customers.

Being asked by Ryan if he had to wear a red vest when doing his job as valet driver, Chace said "I wish. I was the rookie...I was running everywhere." On stealing gum while doing his job, the TV actor revealed he used to steal "a lot of gum, actually" from customers' glove compartments.

Video Premiere: Terrence Howard's 'Sanctuary'

Jumping from the big screen to singing vintage soul, Terrence Howard has just premiered a music video, where he picks up guitar and strums the tune away. The video is aimed at promoting his new song called "Sanctuary" off his debut album entitled "Shine Through It". His first album is planned to hit the stores on September 2.

In an interview, Terrence says that his first tune is inspired by Heidi Klum's love story. He also admits giving a light-rock, jazzy feel to some of his songs, like "Love Makes You Beautiful" and anti-materialist "Plenty". Furthermore, he declares that he has written songs talking about childhood in "Mr. Johnson's Lawn", and grown-up romance in "No. 1 Fan", "She Was Mine", and "Spanish Romance". For its music arrangements, Terrence is reported to give rooms for flutes, trumpets, saxophones and violas.

'Virulents' Helmer Eyeing 'Max Payne' Star Mark Wahlberg

While his latest action movie "Max Payne" is still busy dealing with its promotion, Mark Walhlberg has offered a story of his own with the possible casting of "Virulents". Revealing with who he likes to work on the horror thriller, director John Moore told MTV that he wants to have the 37-year-old in it.

Discussing about the feature film based on Virgin Comics of the same title, Moore shared the one actor he has in mind. "Mark [Wahlberg]," he said unhesitatingly. "We had a hell of a time on 'Max Payne.' I think he's an actor of unlimited potential and I'd just love to go around with him again. [But] we're not in control of these things - lots of big people with big checkbooks get to do that. If it's going to happen, then the karma makes it happen."

Madonna Splits 'Sticky and Sweet' Into Four Different Sets

As posted on her official website, Madonna describes her upcoming "Sticky and Sweet" tour as "a rock driven dancatastic journey". The tour for "Hard Candy" promotional project, is broken into four main sections; pimp, old school, gypsy, and rave.

Pimp as her first appearance is inspired with 1920's deco as well as modern day gangsta pimp. Furthermore, in this stage the singer will make a grand appearance in Givenchy costume. Meanwhile, for old school theme, she will bring more 80's New York city dance roots and also include flashes of the time travel, showing the birth of rap. Her performance in "Gypsy" stage will take the audience to Romania by showing its folk music and dance while "Rave" is influenced with Eastern move with all sparky, and sporty stage display.

Closer Look at Jason Voorhees in 'Friday the 13th'

A brand new and better-looking image of "Friday the 13th"'s notorious villain, Jason Voorhees, has been unearthed. This one, courtesy of Bloody-Disgusting, displays the hockey-masked slasher up close showing the baddie holding a bat high above his head ready to smash anything in front of him.

Previously, three photos from the upcoming classic horror remake unearthing for the first time Derek Mears as Voorhees have been leaked. But, as soon as the photos were outed, they were pulled out. One of the earliest images outed pictures of Voorhees standing at the edge of a lake where a girl is taking a dip.

With the date of its actual event coming closer, the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards has been quick in adding the excitement. The music event which will be held on September 7 has added one more performer to their list, T.I.

The rapper who will perform a track from his upcoming "Paper Trail" album, will join the star-studded line-up which has been announced earlier on Thursday (August 21) afternoon. Rihanna has been confirmed to sing "Disturbia", Paramore to bring their "Misery Business" while Pink to play her new single "So What". Lil Wayne, Jonas Brothers and Kid Rock have also secured their performing slots.

Pop-turns-country singer Jessica Simpson has spoken out against Carrie Underwood's recent claim that ex-boyfriend Tony Romo is still calling her despite the fact that they have split for months and he's already dating Jess. Underwood told Allure magazine in an interview for its September issue that Romo still calls her sometimes, but she doesn't always pick up the phone. "The phone will ring and it'll be him, and I'll maybe not answer," said the songbird of the Dallas Cowboys quarterback.

Video Premiere: Maroon 5's 'Goodnight Goodnight'

After their music video for Rihanna-featuring single "If I Never See Your Face Again" has been released in May, band Maroon 5 launch another music video to support their latest song called "Goodnight Goodnight". The song which is produced by duo Mike Elizondo and Mark "Spike" Stent, is taken from their second studio album "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" released in May 2007.

The brand new video is divided into two different scenes, before and after. At the beginning, each scene shows the same story which displays Adam Levine walking to a beautiful young woman. The scene is then changed into a set of the band playing the tune in a cafe. The video then ends with Adam, broken hearted and being alone in one of the scenes while the other scene still shows him, having a good time with the young woman.

Avril Lavigne to Go On With Malaysian Concert

Looks like Avril Lavigne will still travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia next weekend to conduct the concert that initially created a stir for its opposition. The singer's manager Terry McBride said on Thursday, August 21 that Avril will abide to the local rules and get on with the show which is scheduled for August 29. "The reason why Avril is huge in Asia is she's respectful to the culture," Terry said.

Earlier this week, a party calling themselves Pan-Malaysian Islamic proposed for a boycott to the government for the show because it is deemed too "sexy" for the youths. The Arts, Culture and Heritage Ministry then took action by canceling the concert and initiating it for a reschedule. The decision was ruled as the proper thing to do for Malaysia which is anticipating their independence day on August 31.

This photo reveals a behind-the-scene shot of the film in which Michael Gambon as Albus Dumbledore stands in Hogwarts' Great Hall in front of director David Yates and other crew members.

Regarding the fans' angry response to the pushing back of the schedule, Warner Bros.' President and Chief Operating Officer Alan Horn has come out with an explanation of the debut change. "The decision to move 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' was not taken lightly, and was never intended to upset our Harry Potter fans," part of his statement read. "We know you have built this series into what it is, and we thank you for your ongoing enthusiasm and support."

'Cabin in the Woods' to Open a Week Before 'Saw VI'

The latest horror thriller flick from "Cloverfield"'s scribe Drew Goddard, "Cabin in the Woods", has received its theatrical release date. The MGM's film that is yet to begin production is slated to be debuted on the big screen on October 23, 2009.

The date chosen put "Cabin" in theaters exactly a week before the sixth installment of slasher movie series, "Saw VI", hits. Meanwhile, "Saw VI" itself which will be directed by the editor of "Saw" series, Kevin Greutert, has been locked to the October 30, 2009 release.

As previously reported, a dozen of female singers have come together with producer Antonio Reid and Babyface to record a track in support of a program conducted by ground-breaking cancer research "Stand Up to Cancer (SU2C)". Singers who will be featured in the song include Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, Beyonce Knowles, Mariah Carey, Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie, Natasha Bedingfield, Sheryl Crow, and many more.

The Antonio-initiated single is aimed at raising public awareness on cancer that has been noted as a main cause for human death. The singers will perform the song for the first time on CBS, ABC, and NBC during a live free-commercial show on September 5. 'Quantum of Solace' Delayed a Week

Though highly-anticipated by many, the 22nd James Bond movie, "Quantum of Solace", unmistakably won't be greeting its fans on the big screen as scheduled. On Thursday, August 21, Columbia Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures have released an announcement about their decision to make a change in its theatrical release date pushing it back a week later than its original plan.

Initially slated to hit theaters on November 7, "Quantum" is now bumped to November 14, the same day Baz Luhrmann's romantic drama starring Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman, "Australia", and MGM comedy "Soul Men" get their wide release. The Marc Forster-directed spy action film was moved back to take advantage of the forthcoming Thanksgiving holiday as it sees to debut one week closer to Thanksgiving weekend.

Video Premiere: Ne-Yo's 'Miss Independent'

Just a week after he launched the on-set photos of "Miss Independent", rapper Ne-Yo releases its music video to public. The second single is taken from the list of his upcoming "Year of the Gentleman" tracks. The second studio effort is scheduled to arrive on the market next month on September 16 with the first single "Closer" already released in April and gained heavy spin in radios.

The music video, which is produced by Robot film, is directed by Chris Robinson, the same director that helped Alicia Keys making her "You Don't Know My Name" music video. It co-stars R&B singers Keri Hilson and Trey Songz, and Hollywood actresses Gabrielle Union and Lauren London. The video mostly features London as a savvy business woman. At some points, the scene shows Ne-Yo dancing with some guys but it mostly focuses on a display of office which is full of sexy, beautiful and independent women.
