A unique and new method will be done by The Cure regarding the release of their new untitled 13th album. Before the upcoming album is released in September, they plan to drop a new single each month starting from May 13.

Moreover, the unique thing is not only that they will they release a new single each month until the album hit the stores but they also have set 13 as the release date of each and every song. Beside the official tracks they will also add a B-side to be released along with their new singles.

Maggie Gyllenhaal, the actress that took over Katie Holmes's Rachel Dawes character in "The Dark Knight", is going to get another replacing role. This time, the two-time Golden Globe-nominated actress will step in for Toni Collette in the developed Sam Mendes' project, "Farlanders".

The sister of actor Jake Gyllenhaal fills in Collette's role since the latter actress quit the project following the shooting delays. It seems that Alicia Keys is still short of backups to support her on tour. The fact occurs as the singer plans to reinforce her tour line-up by adding a backup singer to join her.

To select the backup singer Alicia will do an audition for female singers in the age around 21-30 years-old. The applicant must submit a video, which length is about 30 seconds or more, of themselves singing acapella. They must send the video to the R 'n' B singer's MySpace page until May 5. A source stated that two main conditions to get the job is that the contestants must be physically fit and able to dance.

It's another girl for the Spears family. New report has just surfaced that Jamie Lynn Spears and her boyfriend Casey Aldridge are expecting a baby girl. The sex has been revealed by mother Lynne Spears who was overheard telling all about the good news.

"I heard Lynne talking about Jamie Lynn's baby. She said Jamie Lynn and the baby's dad (Casey Aldridge) were so excited when they found out it's a girl," a source told America's Life&Style magazine. The source, moreover, also claimed that Lynne was overheard telling friends the baby will be her first granddaughter in addition to giving up Jamie Lynn's nursery secrets. "She is going to do the nursery in white, black and yellow," so the source said.

Following the release of his new album "Theater of the Mind" Ludacris has revealed more details about it. To the press the rapper claims that his upcoming studio album will be a theatrical one. "Expect the whole album theatrical," he said.

Giving another treat to 'Hulk' fans, Universal Pictures have given out the second trailer of the much anticipated action fantasy movie "The Incredible Hulk". More and more Hip-Hop vibe are injected into Lindsay Lohan's upcoming third album. After nabbing a collaboration with Ne-Yo, reports are saying that Lohan's team has gained the partnership of Snoop Dogg for the rapper to make a duet with the starlet.

The single itself was made to be the new song and first single for the release of Chris' repackaged album "Exclusive: Forever Edition". After its release, "Forever" managed to debut at #9 on the Billboard 100 chart.

Following the outing of a new trailer of the Will Smith-starrer superhero tidbit "Hancock" around April 23, a full length version of the trailer has been posted online by Columbia Pictures. The newest version of the action drama takes a little more than three minutes to be viewed overall.

Though offering mostly similar takes from the earlier trailer, this compilation of clips provide a more detailed look into what the movie is all about. Opened with the same gun fight and car chasing scenes from the first trailer, the video continues with the footage of drunk Hancock flying to the rescue. However, unlike the shorter trailer version, in this one Hancock doesn't avoid a plane in his way to catch the bad guys. Further, this trailer also gives out more about Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman's characters as well as the action scenes.

In coincidence with her album release, Lil Mama has premiered a video for the single "L.I.F.E." on Yahoo! Music. It was previously thought to be "What It Is (Strike a Pose)" which will be made the next single from the album, "VYP: Voice of the Young People", however the video that was premiered instead was for "L.I.F.E."

The top-selling recording artist and the rapper-actor, according to Latina magazine, tied the knot on Wednesday, April 30 in a small ceremony on an undisclosed island. The publication cited a source as saying, the wedding was "very impulsive" and attended by a few close friends of the couple, including Da Brat.

While representatives for either Carey or Cannon were not available for comment, a source close to the pop diva told Latina magazine that the wedding was held at Carey's Eleuthera home in the Bahamas, which she has just purchased. Another source, meanwhile, told The New York Post that both Carey and Cannon did not sign a prenup.
