"8 Simple Rules for Marrying My Daughter", the sequel to W. Bruce Cameron's bestseller-turned-hit television series "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter" is said to be brought to the big screen. According to Hollywood Reporter, the novel adaptation film has been picked up to be a feature film with the aid of Wendy Finerman, the producer of "The Devil Wears Prada".

The novel will be adapted into a film by its own writer Cameron with the help of the author of the "Grrl Genius Guide" book series, Cathryn Michon. The film will be produced by 26 Films and will bring up the comedy tone as the television series starring the late John Ritter. Further, the film will resolve around a divorced dad who is having a younger girlfriend, while dealing with the fact that his two daughters get engaged at the same time.

Radio host Egypt of BET's The Black Carpet confirmed on her highly rated television show Thursday, March 6 that Remy Ma and Papoose are engaged. Greater than that, the couple are said to be planning to wed summer later this year.

Still according to Egypt, Remy Ma shared the exclusive news with her. Sources said the embattled rappers have been dating quietly for over two years.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the acclaimed Hollywood actor is eyeing for the lead role in Korean-thriller remake project entitled "The Chaser".

The 33-year-old actor is said to be circling the role of an ex-cop who goes on the warpath trying to find a missing girl. Meanwhile, Monaghan reportedly is in talks with Warner Bros. Pictures to adapt the hit Korean film directed by Na Hong-Jin. Aside from the negotiation, Monahan has joined the production as the film's co-producer alongside Roy Lee, Doug Davison and Dan Lin.

The restricted teaser trailer of Ben Stiller's upcoming comedy film "Tropic Thunder" has been released online. Unlike other ordinary teasers, this trailer gives out clear pictures of the characters, that includes Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr. and Nick Nolte, which unfortunately are layered over the footages of the film.

The teaser is relatively a short one since it runs just about 46 seconds, but it pretty much shows the hilarious side of the film. The video footage gives out the first look into Downey Jr.'s character as a black man. The footage is ended with burning notes stating when the film hits the theaters. The notes read, "Tropic Thunder...Shit Blows Up...8.15.08."

There it is, after weeks of chatter and speculation Kelly Rowland finally stepped out of the closet and confirmed that she did have breast enhancement. Broke her silence to People, the singer told the publication in its March 17 issue that she had plastic surgery last October to bring her "from an A-cup to a B-cup."

The Walt Disney Pictures' film "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time" has signed the "Love in the Time of Cholera" and "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" helmer Mike Newell. According to reports, the 65-year-old British director has been set to shoot the video game adaptation movie in a North African country, Morocco.

The report has been let out by Dune Films company on Wednesday, March 5. Concerning the filming location, Jimmy Abounouom, the Dune Films' representative for the Moroccan shoot, stated, "Producers are always looking for cheap places to shoot and Morocco is one of them." Further, he revealed that the Moroccan filming is expected to start in mid-June.

Lindsay was, in April 2007, tapped as the face of designer Jill Stuart's fall collection. She reportedly shot the ad campaign in Japan.

Kristen Bell was involved in an accident on Hollywood Blvd on Friday afternoon, March 7. The "Heroes" star damaged the front-left axle of her Saturn VUE Hybrid sports utility vehicle (SUV) which had to be towed from the scene.

TMZ was the first to report Bell's minor fender bender. An eye witness told TMZ that the actress' vehicle collided with another SUV driven by a heavyset man. Luckily no one was injured.

As part of her "getting back on track" mission, Lindsay Lohan who was caught in rehab stints last year is recording an album that will reflect the new her. "I think the past is the past and it should be kept there," the star told People.com. "It's a new slate for me, and I want to show that in my new record."

"I'm recording right now with Motown and being in the studio again has been really great," Lohan added on her Hip-Hop oriented album. "It's all coming together." Reports said that she wants a record very much like Kylie Minogue and Rihanna's latest efforts. "It's more of a dance vibe. This one I do want to tour with. I do want to go big with," said Lohan who did not get a chance to promote her last two albums on the road.

The Roots, Grammy Award-winning Hip-Hop group will soon be back with their tenth studio album entitled "Rising Down". And in advance of the street release, they have premiered the video for its single "Get Busy" that features Dice Raw, Peedi Crakk & DJ Jazzy Jeff.

Lindsay Lohan is not being offered to strip off for a photo shoot in Playboy Magazine despite rumors to the contrary. The star's mother Dina Lohan has denied reports her daughter was approached by Hugh Hefner to strip off for a photo shoot in his famous men's magazine.

Lindsay recently bared all for New York Magazine's February 25, 2008 issue, recreating the late Marilyn Monroe's final nude photo-shoot "The Last Sitting" which was done shortly before she died. She was paired with photographer Bert Stern who photographed Monroe back in 1962 at the Hotel Bel-Air in California, six weeks before she was found dead from an overdose of barbiturates.

One of the arguably most anticipated albums in the past few years will be released this mid-year under the title "Here I Stand". Usher whose single "Love in This Club" dethrones the long reigning champion single "Low" by Flo Rida, will release his album in four years sometime this June.

"Love in This Club" has been confirmed to be the first single from the album which would follow up the 2004 Grammy-winning album "Confessions". The single made the third largest jump on Billboard Hot 100 chart's 50 years of history by leaping from #51 straight to #1. A music video for it will be shot in Atlanta next week.

Jermaine Dupri has denied rumors that recent laser eye surgery left him "virtually blind." The music mogul has, through his publicist, denied the rumors saying that they are completely "not true."

Dupri, a platinum-selling producer, was reported last week to be suffering from serious complications following laser eye surgery that he took two weeks earlier. He reportedly was forced to cancel a scheduled lecture titled "How to Get a Record Deal" which was due on February 28 to have an undisclosed surgical procedure.

As it has been reported earlier, the teaser trailer of the much anticipated action fantasy flick "The Incredible Hulk" will be outed early March. ComingSoon revealed that Universal Pictures have confirmed that the teaser will be released on Wednesday, March 12.

The video footage showcasing materials from the Louis Leterrier-directed film is set to make its broadcast debut exclusively in a simultaneous "roadblock" on seven different networks. Justin Timberlake can now add TV producer to his career resume in addition to that of acting and singing. The pop singer has teamed up with Reveille Productions, the production company behind "Ugly Betty" and "The Office," to serve as an executive producer on NBC's pilot "My Problem with Women".

Kanye West, has on Thursday, March 6 posted two pictures from his upcoming music video. The Grammy-winning rapper will release "Homecoming" as the fifth single from his 2007 album "Graduation" and he already has a video taped for it which will be released "soon".

"Homecoming" the single has been put on for download sales in U.K. and will be released as a physical single worldwide.

The latest installment of James Bond movie "Quantum of Solace" reportedly won't see Peru as a filming location anymore. According to Reuters, the producers of the upcoming action movie have announced on Friday, March 7, that they have ditched plans to film in Cusco, a city near the Inca ruins at Peru's top tourist site, Machu Picchu.

Concerning the reasons behind the cancellation, it was said that the producers believe the unpredictable bad weather could jeopardize the whole production as the filming schedule is very packed up. "They decided not to come because of climatic conditions. They couldn't be sure it wouldn't rain and they have very tight time," revealed Margarita Morales, the director of a Peruvian company hired to assist with the shooting, Iguana Productions. "They told me the reasons were strictly because of the weather."

Actress, model, and TV host Brooke Burke and her actor fiance, David Charvet welcomed their second child together at 11:31 A.M. on Wednesday, March 5. The baby, a boy, weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.

"Mommy and baby are both doing great and healthy," a representative for Burke has revealed. Charvet adds, "and he's really, really cute!"
