It's a rare chance and you got it first here. Gwyneth Paltrow opened the doors to her $5.4 million Long Island home to House & Garden magazine for its November 2007 issue.

Gwyneth and her rocker hubby Chris Martin purchased their trendy East End home back in 2006 and guest what, the Oscar-winning actress was intimately involved in the interior design, about which she said she has "become an encyclopedia of design for my friends."

Nelly's 'Wadsyaname' Music Video Premiered

Nelly has debuted the music video of 'Wadsyaname', the first single from his upcoming album titled 'Brass Knuckles'. The clip shows him trying to pursue many different gorgeous girls in different places only to discover that it was all a dream.

The rapper made the video a story like complete with the "presenting" and "the end" texts. It was directed by the renown Chris Robinson who has taken on videos by Usher, Joss Stone and many others.

High School Musical Star Corbin Bleu Scores Acting Slot in Metal Birding

Slated to make his way back into the big screen, Corbin Bleu is about to topline a new film feature entitled "Metal Birding" for Rigel Entertainment, Variety has reported.

A motocross action flick, project will find Bleu playing a motocross racer who aspires to win the Amateur National Championships, but has to juggle his passion for the sport while struggling to support his family. Shooting is targeted to begin next month in Vancouver, Canada with Jeff Woolnough helming from script by Jeffrey Nicholson and Joshua Leibner.

It's an unusual move a studio rarely does in launching a film site, but nevertheless will delight fans of the franchise for sure. Containing many sections to be explored, the site features an interesting slot called "OnSite" where you can read director Guillermo del Toro's first Blog entry from the flick's Budapest set.

Girls Aloud Premiered the Purple Video for 'Call the Shots'

Girls Aloud has premiered their purple-themed video on Wednesday, October 17. The clip is for their track 'Call the Shots' that is the second single pulled from the upcoming album 'Tangled Up'.

The video was shot in Malibu, California and partly took the scene on the beach at night. It was shot by director Sean de Sparengo who recently worked on Take That's 'I'd Wait for Life'.

The new Got Milk? ad featuring the professional boxer will be debuted on October 22nd. The photo shot for the ad, taken by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz in LA back in June, is accompanied with the tagline that read "Take it from me, milk really packs a punch. I'm always striving to be as healthy as I possibly can, I'm always striving to be as healthy as I possibly can, and you always think of milk doing a body good."

X-Men Spin-Off Wolverine Gets New Title and Release Date

Gearing up for the "X-Men" spin-off about the claw-wielding mutant Wolverine, 20th Century Fox has announced the new title for the project plus the scheduled date of its release in theaters nationwide.

From now on, the Gavin Hood-directed is officially referred as "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and has a slated May 1, 2009 release date, which will put it against Walt Disney Pictures' animated feature of "G-Force." Production is set to begin later this year in Australia before moving to New Zealand and New Orleans.

Amid the botox-using rumors, Ashlee Simpson has been slacking on the release of her third album. The not-yet-titled LP has been pushed again, but this time, it's not only for one or two months ahead, but as far as next year.

According to MTV.com, the album will be dropped in the first quarter of 2008. It was originally scheduled for November before being pushed to December. No reason regarding the delay has been released. Ashlee's official site now puts the sign 'coming soon' for the album information.

Six Titles Revealed for the 2007 After Dark Horrorfest

Bringing back its annually held Horrorfest, After Dark Films has picked up six horror pictures to be featured as part of its 8 Films to Die For. Titles announced are "Borderland", "The Deaths of Ian Stone", "Unearthed", "Frontiers", "Nightmare Man", and "Mulberry Street."

All movies will grace over 350 theaters across the States starting from November 9 up to November 18, 2007. In celebrating the event, After Dark offers All Access Passes and even chance to pre-order tickets as well as to grab the Goodie Bags on the festival's official site, an option they did not present last year.

This month sure has become one delightful period to remember by the Trekkies, none other because it marks the casting made on principal characters for the highly-anticipated "Star Trek." Now the project delightfully gets a new one in the lineup: Karl Urban as Dr. Leonard McCoy aka Bones.

StarTrek.com, the official site of the sci-fi franchise, has confirmed that the New Zealander has been signed on to play the young version of the USS Enterprise chief surgeon/chief medical officer, known for his catch phrase of "He's dead, Jim." The role, featured in the original Star Trek series, and the first six Star Trek films, was originated by actor DeForest Kelley, a native of Atlanta, Georgia who passed away in June 1999 due to stomach cancer.

The professional golfer has signed a deal with PepsiCo Inc.'s Gatorade unit to develop "Tiger-inspired" sports performance beverages for athletes at all levels. The deal reportedly could be worth $100 million.

Left unhurt in the minor car accident occurred last week, Orlando Bloom isn't far from problem anyway. The movie star is to be investigated by Los Angeles police as they are still looking at the possibilities whether he committed hit and run.

Bloom was driving alone on Fountain Avenue early Friday morning October 12th when another vehicle cut him off and he hit a parked car. Fashion stylist Cher Coulter, who was one of the passengers in the car, suffered a fractured neck.

Something unusual marked the world premiere of "30 Days of Night" in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 16, 2007. Taking place at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, the occasion surprisingly got a black carpet spread instead of the common red one, but this thankfully didn't seem to reduce the merry atmosphere on the spot, brighten up by the presence of famous names in Hollywood.

Major portion of spotlights certainly went to the some of the horror thriller's cast members who made their way to come celebrating the event. Male lead Josh Hartnett was spotted in semi-formal attire while his on-screen wife Melissa George turned many heads with her animal-print ensemble.
