Van Halen reunion tour fronted by David Lee Roth may be happening shortly with the release of guitarist Eddie Van Halen from rehab. The rock band will be compensating summer tour that fell previously with a fall tour.

According to Billboard, the band is eyeing some arenas and putting reservations on them for major cities gigs. Although no dates have been revealed, a complete tour schedule is expected to be announced in the coming weeks. If everything goes smoothly then the show will start in September.

Rock band Duran Duran that is stepping with R&B icons for their twelfth set has named the highly anticipated album. The record that took three years to complete will be named "Red Carpet Massacre" after a track in it.

Besides working with Timbaland, the band also worked with the producer's protege Nate "Danja" Hills who is putting final touches to the album. One of the tracks will be Justin Timberlake-featuring called "Night Runner". It was reported to be the first single released from the album.

Almost fully relying on his own for his next film project, Dustin Hoffman has told USA Today that he will carry out quadruple task of starring, directing, producing, and co-writing script in a new big screen feature entitled "Personal Injuries."

"It's based on a book I bought myself, 'Personal Injuries' by Scott Turow. It's about a personal-injury lawyer, also known as an ambulance chaser," the Oscar-winning actor revealed.

Ready to give his touch on the project, "X-Men: The Last Stand" scribe Zak Penn has come onboard to carry out a rewrite on "Dirty Dozen", a Warner Bros. Pictures remake of the 1967 actioner featuring Lee Marvin as a major who conscripts twelve condemned soldier-prisoners for a dangerous mission in WWII.

The screenplay, developed to contemporize the original storyline, initially had Scott Rosenberg to work on alongside Andre Nemec and Josh Appelbaum. Rosenberg, a graduate of Boston University and UCLA, is widely known for being the screenwriter of "Con Air" while both Nemec and Appelbaum are recognized to be the writer-producers of ABC's hit spy-fi series "Alias."

Kevin Richardson, the former member of boy band Backstreet Boys, is a father for the first time when his wife Kristin Willits gave birth to their first child together, a baby boy, Tuesday July 3rd.

The infant is named Mason Richardson. "We are officially parents," Kevin wrote on his online page Wednesday July 4th confirming the good news. "At 4:56 a.m. Tuesday morning (7/3/07), our son Mason made his entrance into the world."

Contrary to huge media report, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker will officially wed in a low-key civil ceremony in Paris on Friday July 6th, one day earlier before they hold a religious wedding ceremony, followed thereafter by an extravagant party.
