Katie Holmes Interview with Harper's Bazaar

Having no problem at all with her first pregnancy, Katie Holmes revealed in an interview with Harper's Bazaar she does want to have more children.

During an interview for the magazine's March 2007 issue, the actress and mother of one gushes, "I felt so proud to be having a baby and so excited. And I felt closer to other women, to my sisters, to my mom. I felt empowered, like, 'I've given birth. I did it! There's nothing I can't handle.'"

Paramount Rebuilds "White City"

This time set to make it real, Paramount Pictures is about to develop "The Devil in the White City", a project previously coveted by producing partners Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner, Variety has learned.

An adaptation of Erik Larson's bestselling novel of the same title, the picture again comes to the surface following Paramount's reacquisition of the film rights to the book last month, thanks to the approach made by producers Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher, whose Double Feature Films has a new first-look deal with the studio.

Kiefer Sutherland Stares Into the "Mirrors"

Kiefer Sutherland does know how to spend his hiatus from "24." The actor has given positive sign to topline "Mirrors", a supernatural thriller set up at New Regency with the 20th Century Fox to distribute.

The London-born actor will portray an ex-cop who tries to discover the origin of the evil upon finding something awry in the mirrors of a department store where he works at. Sutherland became available for the part when plans to carry his Jack Bauer character into the big screen version of the FOX hit TV series were postponed because the script was not ready yet.

The film has yet to be made, but a release date has already been set. According to Box Office Mojo, Paramount Pictures has marked Thursday, May 22, 2008 as the day to launch "Indiana Jones 4" in theaters.

With the announcement, the project thus maintains the Memorial Day weekend release strategy of the last two "Indiana Jones" movies while mirroring the last two "Star Wars" movies and "The Matrix Reloaded" with its Thursday launch. Also set to be released during the same weekend will be Warner Bros.' "Speed Racer."

Ringo Starr has been tapped to be the guest presenter of the Brit Awards, during which the former Beatle will present pop-rockers Oasis with the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to Music Award.

The Brit's Awards is slated to take place February 14th at London's Earls Court. With Starr in hand replacing Johnny Depp who backed out at the last minute because of scheduling conflicts, the award event will become the first time ever that Oasis, a big fan of The Beatles, gets the chance to meet one of their heroes.

A superhero flick filled with Academy Award-recognized stars, that's "Iron Man." Following the inclusion of Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, and Gwyneth Paltrow, the project has satisfyingly signed another Oscar-nominated actor Jeff Bridges to the cast lineup, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Here Bridges will play a close business associate of Iron Man's alter ego Tony Stark, played by Downey, who also plays a major role in shaping the younger man's life. Meanwhile, Howard has already been billed as Jim Rhodes, a pilot and friend of Stark, and Paltrow as Stark's personal secretary Virginia "Pepper" Potts.

Making up a solid cast of Oscar-recognized talents, Rian Johnson has successfully added both Adrien Brody and Rinko Kikuchi to the cast of his directing vehicle "The Brothers Bloom", The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Joining Rachel Weisz in the list, Brody will portray the younger one of the title characters who falls for a mysterious millionaire played by Weisz. Meanwhile, Kikuchi, fresh from her performance in "Babel", will become the brothers' sexy and secretive accomplice.

Looking forward to once again work under Shawn Levy after "Night at the Museum", Ben Stiller is making negotiations with Tom Cruise to have a starring slot in the filmmaker and megastar's new project "The Hardy Men", TMZ.com has revealed.

An updated version of popular detective/adventure book series "The Hardy Boys", the flick is said to see the boys as adults instead yet are still up to their old tricks once more. No exact production date set for the flick up to this time, but filming is expected to begin in October this year under the 20th Century Fox banner.

The R&B singer has the single debuted at the very top spot of the Billboard Hot 100, marking its ninth week to score the top position of the US singles chart. Following close at the 2nd spot is Fall Out Boy's "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race".

Next is Nelly Furtado's "Say It Right" which remains firm at the 3rd spot, just one place ahead of DAUGHTRY's "It's Not Over" which jumps two places from last week position to No. 4. Rounding out the Top 5 in the meantime is Akon's "I Wanna Love You" featuring Snoop Dogg.

Already become a household name in horror genre, thanks to the "Saw" movies, Tobin Bell has been picked up to play a lead role in Ghost House Pictures' "Boogeyman 2", Fangoria has reported.

A sequel to the 2005 movie "Boogeyman", the project has also included names like Danielle Savre, David Gallagher, Mae Whitman, Matthew Cohen, and Chrissy Griffith in the cast. Filming is currently under way in Los Angeles to meet a 2008 release.

Seems acting offers are still rolling well for Justin Timberlake. After nabbing a role in "True Players", the pop singer now is reported by Sky News to engage in talks for a starring role "The Graduate", a remake of the 1967 picture of the same title.

If everything goes smooth, Timberlake will likely be billed to portray young college graduate Benjamin Braddock, made famous by Dustin Hoffman in the original version. Along with him, Demi Moore is also said to be in negotiations to play the licentious Mrs. Robinson.

New Arctic Monkeys "Favourite" Album Coming in April

Arctic Monkeys is in full spirit that they quickly release a new album in the wake of the success of their latest LP, "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I Am Not". The UK rock act has planned an April 23 international release date for its second album, "Favourite Worst Nightmare."

The album's first single, "Brianstorm," is scheduled to hit the store by April 16. "It's quite a bit heavier in some places -- there's also some really nice songs on there," Billboard.com quoted producer James Ford as saying. "Some of the songs maybe (have) more depth to them. (It's) maybe not quite as instant as the first one."

What a quick move that has been made to "Barbarella." Just days after producer Dino De Laurentiis' announcement of the flick, Peter Webber is reported to have signed on to helm the project, a new version of the 1968 flick featuring Jane Fonda in the title role.

Described by De Laurentiis as "Female James Bond -- in outer space", the picture is intended to be "a completely new 'Barbarella'" which will have "love, sex, adventure" as the heroine commences her journey. Filming will be carried out later this year at Morocco's CLA studios.
