Pitt & Aniston LEGALLY Divorced

"Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated, and the parties are restored to the status of single persons," the decision reads. So, there won't be Hollywood golden couple anymore. Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are legally divorced.

Both of them have signed off the divorce papers in August but have to wait 'till October 2nd to have their divorce finally legalized. Neither one seeking alimony.

Auctioned: Spears Personal Items

It's a rare chance. Don't miss it. Britney Spears is auctioning her personal items; clothing, furniture and jewellery, to raise cash for the Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund. Details on the items include a white stone bra worn in one of her videos, a pair of blue-and-pink jeans with a pink suede buckle belt, and an autographed "I Have the Golden Ticket" burgundy tank top with an arrow pointing down.

The auction already opened Saturday and will continue this week. Profits will benefit The Britney Spears Foundation to help hurricane victims.

The woman, Sienna Miller has just made up with ex-fiancee, actor Jude Law, while the man Leonardo DiCaprio split up with girlfriend Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, last month. The conclusion is the single beings needing each other.

The actress and actor being spotted together Wednesday night in the L.A.'s Mood Club, chatting and drinking for hours. An onlooker said briefly "Sienna was getting very cozy with him. They spent most of the night huddled in a corner. They looked like they were having a great time." Further the source revealed, "They both went to great lengths to make sure they were not photographed together."

Love is blind. That's right. If not for you, then at least for actress Sharon Stone, who at her 47-years-old finds love in the 42-years-old Craig Ferguson.

Since they first met and performed together on the set of Ferguson's US chat show, 'The Late Late Show', they were spotted dating. A friend of them revealed, "They are keeping things very quiet but they get on like a house on fire. It isn't everyone who can get Sharon singing on TV, that's for sure - never mind singing a daft Scottish song about someone's grandma."

The Fugees Heading Euro tour

In nearly a decade that they disappearing from music world, The Fugees are reuniting. Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michael recently working on their new album and come up as the result is single "Take It Easy" which they already released via Apple's iTunes music store.

While the disc is scheduled for an early 2006 release date, the group is about to hold a European tour planned for the end of the year. The tour reportedly will begin November 30 in Vienna and over the following three weeks will make stops in Finland, France, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom, with their last stop scheduled December 20 in Switzerland.

"Still Growing Up: Peter Gabriel Live & Unwrapped." It's the title Peter Gabriel chooses for his upcoming DVD due November 15 via Rhino. In addition to songs that did not appear on the 2003 "Growing Up Live" DVD; "San Jacinto," "Biko," "Games Without Frontiers," "Come Talk to Me" and "The Feeling Begins," the double-disc set also features alternate live performances of hits like "Sledgehammer," "Red Rain," "Solsbury Hill," "In Your Eyes" and "Digging in the Dirt," plus a clip of "No Self Control" from the 1988 tour film "P.O.V."

The second disc of the DVD will feature a tour documentary shot by Gabriel's daughter Ana in tandem with Hamish Hamilton. Also there are some bonus features, which among others include footage of Gabriel and his band working through "No Way Out," "Growing Up" and "Darkness" in the studio well in advance of the 2002 tour and performances of "Downside Up" and "Father, Son" on the BBC's "Later... With Jools Holland." Later, on October 8, Gabriel will be seen as part of the 60th anniversary of the United Nations that will also raise awareness of malaria prevention.

Moss Meets Daughter Lila

Her cocaine addiction gets her into many troubles. The greatest of all is that she couldn't meet her lovely daughter Lila Grace or even attend her birthday last weekend. What a pity Kate Moss. As she's been sent to rehabilitation center, her life gets worse than ever mainly because being in that place she isn't allowed to make any contact with her family or friends and it makes her really depressed.

Fortunately, ex-partner of her Jefferson Hack, willingly shows his support for Moss, bringing their child Lila flew to Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend to meet her. According to a source, after begging the manger of the facility, the supermodel emotionally phoned Lila to wish her happy birthday. In time, Jefferson spoke to her and told her how much he loved her thus wanted to help her get better. Moss also is reported to call her boyfriend Pete Doherty.

Lohan Releases the Confessions Of Her Broken Heart

Love maybe is the most used theme for songs. Yet, broken heart can also be as inspiring as love that encourages people to write or compose a song. Lindsay Lohan, for instance, has written down her relationship with her father Michael Lohan in a song entitled "Confessions Of A Broken Heart."

The track, which is also the title song of her upcoming sophomore album, is set for a November 22 release date. Directing the video for the song is Lohan herself with the help of her younger sister Ali to play the singer as a young girl.

Beastie Boys Finish? 'NO'

Reports on their break up has become something common for band Beastie Boys that they're no longer surprised with such rumor. Denying their split, the band through one of its members Mike D. told MTV "We don't put out records too often, and we've been doing it for a while, so that puts us in a high-risk category for rumors."

The release of their "Solid Gold Hits" on November 8 is more than enough to tell people that Beastie Boys still exists. The set consists of 15 tracks, including "So What'cha Want," "Brass Monkey," "Hey Ladies" and "Sabotage." What's more, it will also come in a special CD/DVD package featuring a selection of the band's music videos.

Lionel Richie to Perform in Barbados Jazz Fest

Barbados Jazz Festival will have its 13th staging next year. Will be the headline act at the annual event, to be held Jan. 9-15, is Lionel Richie. The 56 years old singer will be joined by Grammy Award-nominated jazz artist Jill Scott and saxophonist Bony James, organizer Gilbert Rowe said Sunday.

New-Look INXS Comes Up

INXS already complete with their new line up J.D. Fortune. Next the music group will perform their first major concert. They will, on October 17, join reunited modern rock act Gang of Four and rock group Dredg, performing at the opening of a new Virgin Megastore in Hollywood.

In the meantime, INXS also is working on its first album with Fortune, titled "Switch" which is due November 29 via Epic. The original INXS lineup, meanwhile, will be paid homage with the 20-track concert album previously unreleased in America, dubbed "INXS: Live at the Barker Hangar." The show will be available exclusively for download at all digital retail outlets, with four, including iTunes and Yahoo!, offering additional bonus material, beginning October 4.

Trey Anastasio has split from former band Phish since summer 2004. Now the time has come for him to release "Shine," his first album ever that is reportedly due Nov. 1 as a DualDisc via Columbia.

The album consists of 12-track audio side produced by Brendan O'Brien, and DVD side that will sport live footage of the album's "Air," "Shine," "Come As Melody," and the as yet unreleased "Dark and Down," to be released August 13 at Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Singing is something new for actors Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon. Though, both movie stars will do their best, singing for the soundtrack to the Johnny Cash biopic "Walk the Line," which is due in store November 15, three days before the movie opens in theaters.

Phoenix and Witherspoon, besides their duet on "It Ain't Me Babe" and "Jackson," have also recorded some of Cash songs separately. Phoenix recoded the like of "Ring of Fire," "I Walk the Line" and "Folsom Prison Blues," while Witherspoon performs solo renditions of "Wildwood Flower" and "Juke Box Blues."

Anderson Stalker Got 3 Years Restraining Order

After a careful investigation, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Linda Lefkowitz finds the evidence against Peter Stansfield is "sufficient, clear and convincing." So the judge quickly granted a request Monday by Pamela Anderson for a three-year restraining order against the 29 years old alleged stalker, preventing him from contacting Pam or her family.

Last week Anderson filed a lawsuit, accusing Stansfield of "harassing" and "stalking" behavior that was directed at her and her children. Now, as she's won the case, she may feel save.

"Million Dollar Baby" Producer Weighing 'Pound'

Grossed $100.4 million at the domestic box office and won Oscars are the obvious evidences that "Million Dollar Baby" is a very success movie. Following the success of the project, the production company behind, the Ruddy Morgan Organization, is going back to the ring with a new one, which is a development of late author F.X. Toole's "Pound for Pound."

The film, which is the last work of the author, revolves the story of a trainer who finds redemption by helping a young boxer after he's devastated by the death of his last living relative. Will serve as producer on the film is Ruddy Morgan principal Al Ruddy. Elsewhere, Harper Collins will publish the book next year.

If you are waiting for something that tense your whole body "Firehouse Dog" is a good reference. The action drama movie centers on Rexxx, Hollywood's most in-demand canine star. After getting lost, the divalike dog is adopted by a down-on-its-luck firehouse. Rexxx teams with a 12-year-old boy (Hutcherson) to turn the scrappy firehouse into the city's finest.

"Firehouse Dog" is that of Regency Enterprises that already boarded by Josh Hutcherson and is being directed by Todd Holland from a Claire-Dee Lim screenplay. Bree Turner has just signed on to star in as Liz Knowles, a commercial producer who works with Rexxx before he goes missing. Other casts include Bruce Greenwood, Dash Mihok and Steven Culp.

Actor Nicolas Cage is a big fan of "Superman." And he maybe is wanting his newly born baby boy to be like his superhero that he named him after the strongest man ever. Kal-el Coppola Cage, that's the baby's name, which is obvious to everyone that it is the name Superman was given when he was born on Krypton.

Well, let's hope he would be so. The Oscar-winning actor's wife, Alice Kim Cage, gave birth Monday in New York City and "They are healthy and happy and it's quite lovely." A publicist for Cage, Annett Wolf, said in a statement while won't reveal further details. Kal-el is the first child for Alice and is the second for Cage who has had one from previous relationship.

Mandoki to Grow Wings

Prepare your popcorn and soft drink while watching the forthcoming family film "The Winged Boy." Enjoy the story, which tells about a young boy in a contemporary Irish village who begins to grow wings and then starts to fly.

The film, based on an unpublished story written by late actor John Mills widow Mary Hayley Bell, is set for production in Ireland and the U.K. in the spring. Has been hired to direct the "Boy" for Gold Circle Films is Luis Mandoki with Malia Scotch Marmo rewriting the script, which was co-written by Bell's grandson Crispian Mills and Michael Geary.
