Movie Story

Corporate billionaire Edward Cole (Jack Nicholson) and working class mechanic Carter Chambers (Morgan Freeman) are worlds apart. At a crossroads in their lives, they share a hospital room and discover they have two things in common: a desire to spend the time they have left doing everything they ever wanted to do before they "kick the bucket" and an unrealized need to come to terms with who they are. Together they embark on the road trip of a lifetime, becoming friends along the way and learning to live life to the fullest. Each adventure adds another check to their list, all done with insight and humor.

My husband and I just saw this movie and let left the theater with teary eyes! We watch quite a few movies and this was definatley one of the top ones that so many people in the audience laughed so many times! It was funny and sensitive and I thought it was great how these 2 men helped each other through such a difficult time and became such good friends. I would definatley reccommend this movie!!

I thought this movie was great! Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson are wonderfull actors and together they really demonstrate how important is is to live life to the fullest and just how special family and friends are to have, especially in times of despair. This humorous outlook on how two men share their last days with leave you feeling glad that you chose to watch this movie. Enjoy!
