Telling the magazine she can't remember the last time she had a manicure or a facial, the Oscar-winning actress indeed lands the No. 1 spot on the list.
Joining her on the list among others are teen sensation Miley Cyrus and "High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens, who both have been criticized for their racy pictures. New celebrity-mothers Isla Fisher, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Lopez and Halle Berry are all included in the list as well, making it their 12th time to be listed among People's Most Beautiful.

For the project, Fisher reportedly is set to portray Rebecca Bloomwood, a recent college graduate working as a financial journalist in New York City. All goes well in her life except for one thing: she is a shopaholic. In addition to that, the flick also brought winning to Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson who both shared the Best On-Screen Team honor, and that for Isla Fisher who won the Breakthrough Performance award. Became a breakout star soon after her performance in last year's "Wedding Crashers," Hollywood actress Isla Fisher has joined the cast of the upcoming drama thriller entitled "The Lookout." Set to direct the film is Scott Frank, who wrote the script as well.
The film revolves around a mentally impaired former athlete who works as a janitor at a bank and gets sucked into a heist. Other cast on board are Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Carla Gugino, and Matthew Goode. Shooting is slated to begin in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at month's end.
