Farrah Abraham has bought daughter Sophia Abraham her first car even before she earns her driver's license. On Friday, August 23, the "Teen Mom" alum revealed that she presented the 15-year-old with a new Tesla Cybertruck Cyberbeast.
Making use of Instagram Story, the 33-year-old shared a picture of the teenager posing with the automobile. "@Sophialabraham just got her 1st car!" the proud mom gushed on the snap. "We can't wait for delivery @TeslaMotors."
Farrah claimed Sophia was deciding between the "Rolls Electra or Cyber Beast Foundation." The teen subsequently chose the latter, which has an estimated price tag of $123,000.
While Sophia has yet to reach legal driving age, Farrah already taught her daughter how to drive. In July, the former "16 and Pregnant" star documented her role as a driver's ed instructor.
"I'm sure she can do this. This is what 15 and learning driver's ed looks like," the TV personality said as Sophia's legs struggled to reach the pedals. "Do I think my daughter is ready for parent-taught drivers? Yes. Thank god for Doordash, Instacart, all the apps that make it possible to get stuff dropped off so I don't always have to drive. Thank you apps."
The video sparked debate among fans, but Farrah is seemingly immune to criticism since it wasn't the first time she faced backlash over her parenting. Back in February 2023, the reality star came under fire for letting her daughter get new piercings that bring her total to 6 so far.
"Why just why ?!?" a baffled Instagram user asked after Farrah posted a video of her daughter getting a snakebite and earlobe piercing. Another claimed, "Those piercings on her lip are forever scars…later she's gonna wish her mom didn't let her get those!! My daughters thanks me all the time for having said no to her now that's she's 22!!!" A third critic said, "Not sure who's the parent and who's the child here. I'm a parent of a 14 year old son. His priorities are school and homework not piercings."
