AceShowbiz - Former "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham, now 33, took the stage on Thursday, March 13, for her comedy debut at the Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Club.
Known for her unfiltered personality, Abraham delivered a set that covered an array of topics including her relationship with her 16-year-old daughter, Sophia, her experiences with ketamine treatments, and even an affair with a married man.
"Well, thank you guys for coming tonight. This is super exciting for me, it's my comedy debut," Abraham began while acknowledging the skepticism she faced from established comedians.
She humorously added, "But I am a pedestal princess also now a passenger princess, my daughter drives me everywhere, and to my ketamine treatments."
During her set, Abraham candidly discussed her dating life and an affair with a married man who, she claimed, went to extreme lengths, including getting a vasectomy, to be with her.
She ended the relationship when the man started making positive changes in his life for his wife. "He starts being so happy, looking so good, getting so fit," she said. "He starts getting a new car, he starts cooking for her, doing all these thingsā¦.And I go, 'Okay, well when she wants to do that, just let me know because this is over because I'm not a homewrecker.' "
Last but not least, the reality TV star tackled her "legal problems." She quipped, "I've gotten to go to court so many times and win, and I just love it. I love it. So we got a couple of those open right now."
Earlier that same day, on SiriusXM's "The Bonfire", Abraham also opened up about her recent ketamine therapy, which she started to cope with rage issues stemming from her early TV fame.
"I think it was, I'm actually enraged to think how my parents allowed me to be what they put me around at 16," she admitted. Reflecting on her daughter, she said, "I would never put my daughter around that or have her even think these thoughts and be so disconnected from me like I was with my family."
Abraham's journey has included significant personal work and therapy. She noted that her personal growth has positively impacted her daughter, who just celebrated her Sweet 16. "She's the least of any of my worries. She has so much wisdom, so fun. We just got back from Germany and London," she shared.
However, Farrah's path to healing also involved cutting ties with her parents, revealing that a trauma treatment program led her to this decision. "I actually haven't talked to my parents in two years from leaving the trauma center," she explained, emphasizing her commitment to a healthier and balanced life.
Farrah's tumultuous relationship with her parents has influenced her daughter Sophia's decisions as well. "Sophia has decided to not speak to many of her grandparents," Farrah disclosed, though adding that Sophia maintains a positive relationship with her paternal grandfather.
As Farrah Abraham continues to navigate her post-reality TV life, she remains a polarizing figure, unafraid to share her truth through comedy, personal therapy, and decisive actions. Whether on stage or off, she is charting a new course, one candid and controversy-laden step at a time.
