Because of the feud between Taylor and Kim, the 'Feathers' singer comes under fire for associating with Kim after wrapping up her opening act for Taylor's tour.

AceShowbiz - Swifties have expressed outrage after Sabrina Carpenter, a close friend and opening act on Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, partnered with Kim Kardashian's brand SKIMS.

Since 2016, Swift and Kardashian have been locked in a long-running feud stemming from Kardashian leaking a recorded phone call in which Swift allegedly consented to Kanye West using vulgar lyrics about her.

Carpenter's collaboration raised eyebrows among Swift's fans, who questioned if Swift approved of her friend working for Kardashian, her rival. The singer has frequently referred to the feud in her music, particularly in her 2017 album "Reputation".

In a recent interview, Swift described how the dispute with Kardashian "took her down psychologically" and forced her into hiding. She also labeled Kardashian and West as "trash."

Amid the backlash, Carpenter's fans have defended her decision to work with SKIMS. One insists "everything is business" and that she is "a free woman and can do what she wants."

Other Swift friends, such as Selena Gomez and Lana Del Rey, have previously partnered with SKIMS. Some fans have pointed out this as evidence that Swift is unlikely to be upset by Carpenter's collaboration.

Kim Kardashian praised Carpenter, saying she has "a fashion sense and an "it" factor that really resonates with the next generation." She also lauded her "talent and playful style."

The SKIMS campaign features Carpenter in a series of '90s-inspired images, modeling lingerie and loungewear. The collection is set to launch on Wednesday at noon EST.

Despite some fans' negative reactions, Carpenter has received support from her boyfriend, Barry Keoghan, and others on social media.
